This development of the five humanities is based on the Mission Rahma text, combined with other sources with a simular narative, starting with an excerpt from Telos:
In the beginning, millions of years ago, this planet was created with seven major continents. Almost from the beginning, many colonies of extraterrestrial civilizations came here to live. Some stayed for short periods, while others stayed much longer. The details of this past era of Earth’s history are recorded in the library of Porthologos in the Inner Earth and also in our own Lemurian library in Telos. Very few, if any, of the true facts of the long history of this planet still exist on the “surface” today. For most, those civilizations were not as physical as you experience yourself today, nor were records kept in the same way. Nearly all the records that managed to survive the cataclysms on the “surface” were eventually destroyed in one way or another.

Developments of the Five Humanities
Antarctic Humanity
This earliest humanity emerged billions of years ago during Earth’s cooling phase, when acidic seas dominated. Extraterrestrials from the Cygnus constellation established undersea colonies in what was then equatorial Antarctica. They accelerated marine evolution by seeding acidic spores to create alkaline conditions, fostering early life. After aiding natural processes, they departed, leaving a transformed biosphere.
Hyperborean Humanity
During the Secondary Era (Mesozoic), a new alien race settled in northern Europe and Greenland, founding the legendary Hyperborea with its capital Thule. These tall, robust beings with fair skin and long light hair developed a polar civilization. Facing an impending asteroid impact—linked to the dinosaur extinction 65 million years ago—they mostly evacuated, though a few survivors remained, influencing subsequent life forms amid planetary changes.
About 4,500,000 years BC, Archangel Michael with his band of Blue Flame angels and many Beings from the Light Realm, with the blessing of the Father/Mother God, escorted to this planet the first souls who were to become the seeds of the Lemurian race.

Lemurian Humanity
Before the asteroid struck, extraterrestrials from the Pleiades in Taurus, seven genetic engineers called Elohim, arrived in the Tertiary Era (Cenozoic). They based their laboratory-ship on the now-sunken continent Lemuria, attached to Africa. Using advanced technology, they repaired cosmic damage and engineered human evolution by modifying proto-hominids into Homo sapiens. The original black-skinned Adams and Eves interbred with Earth species, producing diverse races and advancing genetic diversity.
This perfection was maintained for several million years, until the beginning of the fall in consciousness that took place during the fourth golden age. Eventually, other races from Sirius, Alpha Centauri, the Pleiades and a few other planets came and joined these “seed” souls to evolve here as well. These races mixed together to form the Lemurian civilization. To say the least, it was quite an awesome mixture! Lemuria, the “Motherland,” became the cradle of an enlightened civilization on this planet, assisting in the eventual birth of many other civilizations, including Atlantis.
Before the fall, the Lemurians were not in physical expression as you know it today. Earth existed in a fifth dimensional expression at that time. Lemurians lived mainly in their fifth dimensional light bodies, with the ability to lower their vibration to experience denser levels whenever they chose and to return to their light bodies at will.
Of course, this was very long ago, before what you call “the fall,” which brought the gradual lowering in vibration of the consciousness of this wondrous race and of all others living on the planet. Our people, like many other civilizations, eventually fell to the level of the fourth dimension, and later on, all the way to the density of the third. This fall in consciousness took place over a period of several thousand years.
The Lemurian Age stretched from approximately 4,500,000 BC to about 12,000 years ago. Until the sinking of the continents of Lemuria, and later of Atlantis, there were seven major continents on this planet. The lands belonging to the gigantic continent of Lemuria now under the Pacific Ocean include Hawaii, the Easter Islands, the Fiji Islands, Australia and New Zealand. The continent also encompassed lands in the Indian Ocean and Madagascar. The Eastern coast of Lemuria extended to California and part of British Columbia in Canada. As a result of wars, great devastation took place on Lemuria and Atlantis. 25,000 years ago, Atlantis and Lemuria, the two highest civilizations of the time, battled each other over the direction of other civilizations on the planet.

Mu existed in the western South Pacific. Migrants from Mu created indigenous cultures in the Americas and later founded Atlantis as a colony. Atlantis emerged much later. Geological changes and lower oceans connected land masses in Mu’s era; few Mu descendants remained by Atlantis’s end.

Atlantean Humanity
Hybrids from Lemurian unions were relocated to a vast continent in the Atlantic, reduced to 10 islands by volcanism, known as Atlantis from Plato’s accounts. This humanity achieved high technology through ongoing extraterrestrial contact. Internal conflict arose: some aligned with “dark forces,” sparking a war with “light” loyalists.
This culminated in the collapse of two captured asteroids (former moons from the destroyed planet Maldek) 12,000 years ago-one sinking Mu (or Hopi Kasskara) in the Pacific, the other Atlantis in the Atlantic. Impacts created deep trenches (Puerto Rico and Mariana) and magnetic anomalies like the Bermuda and Dragon’s Triangles. Survivors, including priestly Estekna-Manes, preserved knowledge underground, forming the Great White Brotherhood, or dispersed to seed civilizations like Sumerian, Egyptian, Mayan, and Inca.
In the time of Lemuria, California was part of the Lemurian continent. When the Lemurians realized that their land was destined to perish, they petitioned Shamballa-the-Lesser, the head of the Agartha Network, for permission to build a city beneath Mount Shasta in order to preserve their culture and their records. Shamballa-the-Lesser is inhabited by the Hyperborean civilization which left the surface of this planet well over 40,000 years ago. The Hyperboreans were, at the time, in charge of making decisions for the Agartha Network. This network now consists of about 120 subterranean Cities of Light, mostly inhabited by Hyperboreans; four of the cities are Lemurian and a couple are Atlantean.

In the later days of Lemuria, you had another growing civilization on the other side of the world that you know of as Atlantis. It was also a melting pot of various different species. But rather than the Lemurian ideology of getting back to Source and the spiritual pursuits, the Atlantean ideology was basically the same as the Lyran — technological development, expansion out into space, and conquest.
This expansiveness is not necessarily negative when it is done from a place of balance. For a while Atlantis was in balance, because it did produce some very wonderful technologies that were very healing and beneficial to the people.
But it began to be tainted once the Orion migration started. When we say the “Orion migration,” we are referring to what was mentioned earlier. Some of the priests would open holes in the Orion net, go through them, and come to Earth. They would come to Atlantis because it was more familiar to them.
The Empire would pursue them through the net into Atlantis, and the whole dynamic was created over again. You can see the polarity dynamic being set up again. We do not have to tell you what happened with Atlantis, because you know the story.
It basically tore itself apart because of the battle of polarities. It also tore apart Lemuria for the most part. Once Atlantis expanded to its capacity, it wanted to obtain other lands. Lemuria fell very easily because it wasn’t focused on war. The fall of Atlantis and Lemuria all occurred during a period of time when there was a tremendous amount of Earth changes — what you might call a polar shift. So this actually facilitated the ending of those eras. But there were still areas on Earth engaging in genetic experiments to create the perfect human. Now get ready for some convolution of time and space — more so than we’ve already given you!

Fifth Humanity
This is the current human era, descending from Atlantean survivors and their cultural legacies, representing ongoing evolution without direct mention of new extraterrestrial interventions.
Comparison to other sources
This narrative aligns with esoteric and mythological frameworks that propose multiple ancient human or “root” races influenced by extraterrestrials or advanced beings, though details vary in number, timelines, and specifics.
Theosophical Root Races
Helena Blavatsky’s Theosophy outlines seven root races, with notable overlaps. The second race is Hyperborean (ethereal beings in a northern polar continent), the third Lemurian (gigantic, egg-laying precursors to humans on a southern continent), and the fourth Atlantean (technologically advanced, destroyed by cataclysms). The fifth is the Aryan race (modern humanity). Unlike the text’s five humanities starting with an Antarctic phase and emphasizing alien genetic engineering, Theosophy begins with a Polarian race and frames evolution as spiritual rather than extraterrestrial, but shares themes of lost continents and cyclic destructions.
Ancient Astronaut Theories
Erich von Däniken’s works, like Chariots of the Gods, suggest extraterrestrials (e.g., from Pleiades or Sirius) engineered human evolution, similar to the text’s Elohim creating Homo sapiens. However, these theories focus on singular interventions (e.g., in Sumer or Egypt) rather than sequential humanities, and lack the text’s structured five-phase model or specific Antarctic/Hyperborean origins.
Hopi and Pacific Legends
Hopi traditions describe Kasskara as a sunken third world (akin to Mu), destroyed by imbalance, paralleling the text’s Atlantean moon impacts and Pacific trench evidence. James Churchward’s The Lost Continent of Mu posits a Pacific civilization predating Atlantis, with extraterrestrial influences, but emphasizes a single advanced race rather than multiple humanities.
Plato and Atlantis Accounts
Plato’s Timaeus and Critias describe Atlantis as a advanced island empire sunk 9,000 years before his time (around 12,000 years ago total), matching the text’s timeline and volcanic/impact destruction. Edgar Cayce’s psychic readings expand this to include crystal technology and extraterrestrial ties, but frame it as one civilization, not part of a five-humanity sequence.

Update 1: Before the first Atlantean rose
Long before the first Atlantean rose from the coastal plains of the great western continent, before temples glowed with crystalline light or councils governed through resonance rather than authority, Earth was already observed, touched and influenced by intelligences far older than humanity. The early visitors from the stars came not as conquerors or saviours, but as travellers moving through a vast network of worlds connected by consciousness rather than distance. They perceived Earth not as a primitive outpost, but as a fertile sphere where a new expression of life was preparing to bloom. Their arrival was subtle at first, barely noticed by the early beings of Earth, yet it marked the beginning of a long relationship between the human species and those who helped shape its destiny.
The moment when the ancestral races descended upon Earth was not a single event but a long sequence of arrivals spread across vast spans of time, each one subtle from the perspective of the cosmos yet monumental for the emerging human story.
What united them was a shared recognition that Earth held a unique promise. It was a place where physical form and consciousness could evolve together in a way that was rare in the cosmos.
