The Children of Mu

In The Children of Mu James Churchward follows the colonies of a Pacific motherland. Mu lay between America and Asia, center somewhat south of the equator, about 6,000 miles (9656 kilometers) from east to west and 3,000 from north to south. Man appeared there about 200,000 years ago. About 12,000 years ago earthquakes tore the land apart and the sea closed over sixty millions. He identifies Mu with the Garden of Eden. Everyone who sailed away, east or west, was a Maya.

The eastern line runs through Central America and Atlantis to the Mediterranean, with a second route across an inland Amazon Sea to Africa. The western line carries Nagas through Burma to India, Babylonia, and Upper Egypt, and Uighurs across Asia. The Biblical Flood, in this book, is the wave that buried the Uighur capital in the Gobi. Egypt receives one colony from Atlantis and one from India. A last chapter records his hours with a Rishi on forces, reincarnation, and the years he assigns to Jesus in Egypt and the Himalayas.

Read my chapter-by-chapter review of the book.
