Aurelia Louise Jones was born in Montreal in the early 1940s and died in July 2009. She first trained as a nurse. She later worked as a health counsellor, naturopath and homeopath.
She moved to the United States in 1989 and to Mount Shasta, California, in 1998. There she channeled messages she attributed to Adama, whom she described as the high priest of Telos.
In her books, Telos is a Lemurian city beneath Mount Shasta, home to survivors of the lost continent of Mu. She published three Telos volumes between 2004 and 2006 through her own Mount Shasta Light Publishing.
