Gods

Incal – The sun god, who represents the source of all life, energy, and divine order in Poseidii spirituality. Incal is the central figure in the religious practices of Atlantis, symbolizing the divine force that governs the universe.

Goddess Incalithlon – A divine figure associated with the temple of the same name. The goddess materializes in the temple, providing spiritual guidance and reinforcing the religious beliefs of the Poseidii.

All Atlantean women venerated the goddess “Atalante” because she had been known as their protectoress since ancient times. Men, in turn, venerated “Tyr,” a gigantic being of Nature. Roselis Von Sass

Atlantean memory

Even the modern emphasis on technology carries an unconscious echo of Atlantean memory. Humanity’s drive to understand energy, to master the forces of nature, to reconnect with the stars, all these pursuits arise from a buried remembrance that such knowledge once existed in a harmonious form. Yet the shadow of Atlantis also survives: the temptation to prioritise intellect over intuition, control over connection, mastery over humility. The inner conflict of our age mirrors the ancient conflict that led to the fall. The memory lives not only in humanity’s aspiration but in its warnings.

The echo can be found in the heart of spiritual traditions across the world. Practices that emphasise inner alignment, emotional transparency and unity with the natural world carry the faint imprint of Atlantean understanding. Meditation, breathwork, sacred geometry, healing arts, dream interpretation, the reading of subtle energies, none of these practices began with Atlantis, yet all were shaped by the survivors who carried their essence across the seas. Over millennia, these fragments scattered and evolved, but their roots remain recognisable to those who can feel beneath the surface of tradition.

The Atlantean educational system

The Atlantean educational system included highly developed psychic self-regulation skills, knowledge about the structure of the multidimensional universe, ethics and different kinds of art, and creativity in science and technology.

During the first years of life, learning was entirely experiential. Children spent their days in natural settings, absorbing the world through direct perception. They crawled on soft earth, listening to the hum of life in the soil. They touched trees, sensing the slow flow of energy within their trunks. They played near water, following its movements, textures and tones. Adults did not instruct them. They simply maintained emotional clarity and allowed the child’s natural curiosity to unfold.

Teachers explained that dreams were a natural expression of the deeper mind, not fantasies or distortions.

The initiation of children through the School of Resonance ensured that every Atlantean grew into adulthood with emotional stability, intuitive clarity and deep self-awareness. It prevented the fractures that shaped later civilisations.

The teaching began with the simplest of lessons: recognising emotions as energy rather than identity.

Through these exercises, children discovered that emotion was not a force acting upon them but a field they interacted with. This understanding alone transformed their entire relationship with inner experience.

Sound was another core element of emotional mastery. Teachers introduced tones, hums or vowel sounds that resonated with different emotional states. When children felt overwhelmed, they used grounding tones that vibrated through the lower body. When they felt mentally scattered, they used higher tones that sharpened clarity. When grief surfaced, they used soft, flowing sounds that soothed the chest and throat. Through sound, children learned to adjust their emotional field at will.

The Atlanteans understood that awareness had two directions: the outer, which perceived the world, and the inner, which perceived thought, emotion and intuition.

By learning to sense and direct this field, children gained an embodied understanding of their relationship to the environment. They discovered that awareness was not confined within the body but flowed continuously between self and world. Another essential component was the practice of presence. Presence meant fully inhabiting the moment without being pulled by thought or memory.

Perhaps the most transformative aspect of the Atlantean method involved exercises that expanded awareness into the environment itself. Children learned to sense the energy of plants, stones, bodies of water and atmospheric currents.

Age of Union

Gender

The Age of Union also redefined the Atlantean understanding of gender. Masculine and feminine currents flowed through all individuals regardless of physical form.

Roles were based on resonance and ability, not gender. This created a culture where individuals lived authentically without pressure to conform to any external expectation.

Atlantean art

Paintings, sculptures and crystalline carvings often depicted fluid shapes guided by the feminine current intertwined with geometric precision expressed by the masculine current. They radiated resonance that influenced the viewer’s inner currents. A sculpture could bring peace, clarity or expansion simply through its presence. Atlantean art became a living extension of consciousness, a bridge that helped individuals return to balance.

The role of the Artists was also sacred. Atlantean art was not decorative. It was functional, emotional and energetic.

Inner balance

Visitors from off-world cultures described Atlanteans as luminous beings whose inner balance radiated outward in subtle fields of harmony.

Relationships

Because the Atlanteans lived in a state of inner alignment and emotional coherence, their relationships were not shaped by fear, scarcity, social obligation or survival needs.

Because telepathy and emotional transparency were natural in Atlantean society, pretence was impossible. Each person saw the other clearly, without distortion or idealisation. This clarity removed fear. It also revealed incompatibility early, allowing individuals to part peacefully if resonance did not deepen. Partnerships therefore began not through promises or expectations, but through a shared recognition of harmony that felt unmistakably real.

Family

Children were not brought into the world to fulfil parental expectations or social roles. They were seen as beings of consciousness who chose their arrival with purpose, resonance and alignment. Parents recognised this from the beginning. They did not impose identity onto their children. They created an environment in which the child’s natural gifts could unfold freely.

Leadership

Leaders were chosen for their coherence, not ambition.

Daily Life

The day in Atlantis began with a period of stillness. People woke naturally, without alarms or enforced schedules.

This organic rhythm meant that workplaces remained calm, harmonious and free from urgency. Productivity came not through pressure but through alignment.

Sound

Atlantean music was built on resonant tones rather than melodies confined to linear scales. Instruments were crafted from crystalline materials, metals tuned to specific frequencies and organic components that responded to the emotional field of the player. A single tone could shift the atmosphere of a room. A sequence of tones could dissolve emotional heaviness or heighten awareness. In daily life, music functioned as emotional technology.

Healing

Art and music also played essential roles in healing. Healers used specific tones to dissolve emotional blocks or align the subtle energy centres. They used colour fields to soothe or activate parts of the emotional body. They used symbolic images to guide the mind into states of recognition and release. Healing sessions often took place in chambers designed to enhance these effects, with walls that responded to sound, colours that shifted with intention and crystals that amplified energy movement. Healing in Atlantis was more akin to vibrational realignment than treatment. The healer did not impose change. They created a field in which the person naturally returned to balance.

Raphael Ogwuda-Zernoff

Healing in Atlantis was not a reaction to illness but a continuous relationship with balance. The Atlanteans lived with an understanding that the body was an expression of consciousness, shaped by emotion, thought, environment and the subtle fields within and around them. Health was not measured by the absence of symptoms but by the coherence of the inner currents. When those currents flowed harmoniously, the body remained vibrant, clear and resilient. When they faltered, healers worked not to suppress discomfort but to reattune the deeper layers of mind, emotion and energy until the body naturally returned to equilibrium. This approach made healing an art of resonance rather than intervention, and health a state of ongoing alignment rather than a battle against disease.

Raphael Ogwuda-Zernoff

Healers sensed patterns in a person’s field that originated from earlier stages of life or from impressions carried across lifetimes.

Nutrition

Nutrition supported this balance. Food was chosen for its resonance rather than its flavour alone. Grains, fruits, vegetables and herbs were grown in harmony with the land and harvested with intention. Meals were prepared with emotional presence, for the Atlanteans knew that intention infused nutrition with subtle qualities. Foods were combined in ways that supported clarity, vitality and emotional ease. Heavy or stagnant foods were rare. Animal products were used sparingly or not at all, as the population evolved toward lighter forms of nourishment that required less density. Herbal infusions supported specific emotional and energetic functions.

The Atlanteans spoke of food as a conversation between the body and the Earth, a dialogue of energy rather than consumption.

Death

Their knowledge of dimensions also shaped their understanding of death. The Atlanteans viewed death as a transition rather than an ending.

The Atlanteans saw death as a continuation of life in another frequency, and this understanding removed fear, allowing them to live with deeper presence.

Contact with other worlds

The Atlanteans knew that Earth was one expression of a vast interconnected network of realms and beings. They understood that consciousness existed everywhere, and that life had many forms, many layers, many expressions. Their contact with other worlds did not arise from curiosity alone, but from resonance. When a civilisation reached a certain state of balance, inner clarity and coherent vibration, it naturally aligned with beings whose frequency matched its own. Atlantis was one such civilisation.

How would you sum up the Atlantean civilization

How would you sum up the Atlantean civilization?

A: I found the openness, the willingness to experiment and find new ways of doing things, one of the chief attractions of the Atlantean temperament. In comparison the culture of Sirius, being much older, had had time to settle down, become highly structured and perhaps a little set in its ways. But over the years, I came to see also a more troubling aspect to Atlantis. The constant drive to develop new and creative technologies had its dark side, and I saw some people being hurt in this rush towards all things new. And out of the technology side of this society came even darker forces, an impulse to manipulate people, and a drive towards power and control. I saw some people who had gone down that road so far that they had closed their hearts and become hard like the machines they worked with.

Atlantis and the new consciousness

How would you sum up the experience of this life on Atlantis? S: It was a gentle time, no competition, no rivalry. There was no sense of anyone trying to push himself/herself forward or trying to be above anyone else. All worked together for the good of all with everything pointing towards an essential Oneness that we all shared. It was a most satisfying life, but it wasn’t dramatic. There were not many crises although I did break my leg. Mostly it was a peaceful life, full of quiet satisfactions and the warmth of friendship and the feeling that we are all working in harmony for the greater good.
