In 1911 J. Ben Leslie published Submerged Atlantis Restored with the Austin Publishing Company in Rochester, N. Y. He restores a six-section Atlantic continent, the Lontidri, from clairvoyant and clairaudient sittings with Atlantian spirits. A lost southern section, Gan-de’ro, goes down about 22000 years ago. Ten later convulsions finish the whole Lontidri about 16500 years ago.
The same record then renames remnant peoples through Egypt, the Biblical Adam and Noah stories, Europe, and the Americas. About 1000 years after Atlantis, nine further convulsions, spread over about 4500 years, are his making of the West Indies, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Caribbean. The book does not name Mu or Lemuria.
