The continents of Atlantis and Lemuria are shrouded in theories and speculation, let alone the deep ancient past of Earth’s humanities. We study the gnostic teachings on what are commonly called the Polar, Hyperborean, Lemurian, and Atlantean Root Races — but interwoven with teachings about the astral body, how matter and energy manifest into the cosmos, and much more.

Cosmic Rounds and Root Races

• We are in the fourth cosmic day of the Great Cosmic Day.
• Previous cosmic days: Saturnian, Solar, Lunar; current: Terrestrial Round.
• Matter and energy condensed from subtle forms in earlier rounds to the physical in the Terrestrial Round.

Polarians (First Root Race)

• Polarians were androgynous beings in direct contact with their inner divinity.
• They inhabited a semi-ethereal state, with the ability to manipulate their bodies at will.

Hyperboreans (Second Root Race)

• Hyperboreans had gaseous bodies and resided in lands around the North Pole.
• They had fully developed Clairvoyance and Clairaudience and were also androgynous.

Lemurians (Third Root Race)

• Lemuria, or Mu, was a massive continent in the Pacific, manifesting in the physical plane.
• Lemurians were giants, ranging 14 to 19 feet (5.79 meters) tall, with a physically manifested third eye.
• Initially hermaphroditic, they later developed distinct sexes through divine guidance.
• Due to cosmic events, Lemurians received the Kundabuffer organ, leading to eventual degeneration through misuse of sexual energies.

Atlanteans (Fourth Root Race)

• Atlantis emerged as Lemuria submerged, with Atlanteans averaging 9 feet (2.74 meters) in height.
• Atlanteans had advanced spiritual and material sciences, including atomic power and spacecraft.
• Their society deteriorated through the misuse of black Tantra and materialistic advancements.
• The Atlantean civilization was ultimately destroyed, with some sages migrating to form early African civilizations.

The Fall of Atlantis

• Atlantis passed through four ages: Golden, Silver, Copper, and Iron.
• The divergence between practicing white Tantra and those falling into black Tantra led to its downfall.
• The advanced sciences of Atlantis included organ transplants and brain transplants.
• The Ackledan society of sages foresaw the catastrophe and moved to Africa, founding early universities and using the Sphinx as a spiritual symbol.
