The Shining Ones

In one of the chapters of Claire Heartsong’s channeled book Anna, the Voice of the Magdalenes, which explores the Magdalenes and the Essenes, a reference to Atlantis caught my attention:

This is true even at those times when our losses and physical pain are great. With awareness and disciplined practice, we can extend our earthly sojourn until we are very ripe in wisdom. Then our lingering presence is a true blessing to many beings. All these practices have been passed down from before time by the Shining Ones who came first from the stars and then migrated to this ancient land from the islands you call Atlantis.

The phrase “from before time” immediately reminded me of Zep Tepi, a concept often linked to Ancient Egypt, but which actually refers to a primordial era “before time” itself. The concept of Zep Tepi in Egyptian mythology refers to a period when gods lived among humans.

The Shining Ones appear to be extraterrestrial in origin, as they came from the stars, not from a single star. This suggests they were either various types of extraterrestrials or that one group originated from or occupied multiple star systems.

Atlantis itself consisted of many islands, not just one, at least during the period when the Shining Ones migrated to these lands.

I encountered the Shining Ones multiple times while researching Atlantis. In The Shining Ones: Ambassadors of a New Age of Light, DeAnne Hampton describes them as one of many groups of Advanced Light Races. They assist humanity through profound changes in cellular structure and DNA.

“The Shining Ones are a composite of everything that is Light. As a Master Race, they embody the genetics of every possibility and expression of Life; all the Star Nations, Star Systems, all species, organisms and intelligences, the Earth herself and each individual comprising this star-seeded humanity. They are eminently skilled geneticists and are here now, present on behalf of planet Earth and in response to the Light activating in her sentient beings, to guide us through this Global Ascension.”

“Likewise, the Shining Ones vibrate the frequencies at the highest end of the Spectrum of Light; unconditional Love, the purest of Joy, radiant Peace, sublime Harmony, Wisdom, Truth, Creative Principle and Unity. As I write this, tuning into and feeling their presence and essence, it occurs to me that I could well be describing God. And yet, there is a distinct difference. God represents Ultimate Being… He/She/It resides in the realm of the unknowable. The Shining Ones are the bridge to that Mystery and a mirror of our own God Technology. They are accessible, knowable and here for each of us, known to each of us in the DNA Codex and heart-space of our being. They are making themselves known by calculated measure in direct proportion to the Light the Earth is now amassing, and to the numbers of those now awakening. It was never a question of just how intimately Cosmic Intelligence would participate with this evolutionary event of a planet and species… it was a matter of when.”

The Shining Ones are everything and nothing all at once – distinct yet indefinable, which is the very essence of Oneness. Ultimately, it is we, who are everything! The Ascended Masters who have walked before us, the Extraterrestrials who observe us from afar, the Angelic, Celestial and Elemental Kingdoms, the ascended wisdom of the Cetacean Family of Light, the consciousness of the Sun and the stars of an infinite sky. No longer is it necessary to cite someone else’s wisdom or authority to give voice to the Intelligence of Light. This is the Initiation of Beingness the Shining Ones are here to assist in activating, the potential of the highest consciousness ever known to this humanity.

In The Genius of the Few, Christian and Barbara Joy O’Brien describe a small group of highly advanced beings who arrived in southern Lebanon around 8000 BC and established the original “Garden in Eden” as a teaching and agricultural center. The authors identify these beings as Sages, known to the Sumerians as the Anannage, and to the early peoples of the Middle East as the Shining Ones. They further equate this group with the biblical Elohim, stating: “Here, we have direct confirmation that the Anannage were the Elohim – the Shining Ones.”

The O’Briens explain that the term “El” (singular) carried the ancient meaning of “shining” or “brightness,” so the Elohim were literally understood as the radiant, shining countenanced ones. These Shining Ones/Sages were not mythical gods in the conventional sense, but a real, small collective of extraordinarily skilled individuals who brought knowledge of farming, irrigation, governance, and spiritual principles to nascent humanity. They are portrayed as culture-bringers who physically interacted with early humans before eventually departing or diminishing in direct influence.

Homo Luminous

For you as Atlanteans lived the vibration of a 12-helix DNA, whilst you are at present vibrating a double-helix DNA. And at the same time, you are now morphing — yes, you are morphing — into hybrid human status, to live as a radiant being, to live as a shining one, to live as Homo luminous, and therefore animated by a hexaplex DNA.
