Past Life Regression
In a hypnosis session conducted by Dolores Cannon, the subject (Ingrid) channels a past life identity as Isis, a light being from the star system Sirius. Isis describes herself as an energy entity aligned with Sirius’s frequencies, part of a council of elders responsible for overseeing cosmic life, creation, and planetary harmony. She portrays her original form as pure light and energy, not physical, feeding on light rather than material food. The council, located on Sirius and connected to a “central sun” and “Lords of the Word,” enforces laws based on love and freedom, intervening when species stray from peace.
Arrival on Earth (36,000 Years Ago)
Isis reluctantly arrives from Sirius after the destruction of Atlantis, forced by the council to aid survivors. She lands in Egypt (part of Atlantis before submersion) with a small group in a ship. To interact, she assumes a physical female body, lowering her frequency to match Earth’s “base” level.
Assistance to Survivors
Post-destruction, she helps rebuild society by teaching love, harmony, oneness, ecology, herbal healing, frequency raising, respect for life, and connection to a kind creator (“God”). Some intermarry with humans to create hybrids with higher frequencies for ongoing support.
Building Structures
Isis and her group construct pyramids using light energy (over 12,000 years old) and tunnels beneath them for an evolved subterranean species to aid Earth’s core. The Sphinx, built around the same time by Atlanteans, serves as a tomb protector with chambers below.
Life in Egypt
Known as “Ezi” (later called Isis), she lives 600 years as a “goddess” figure, respected but not intended for worship. She teaches building techniques, agriculture, medicine, and mind clearing to prevent misuse of powers like those in Atlantis (e.g., crystal energy abuse).
Departure
After humans become self-sufficient, Isis and others shed physical bodies and return to Sirius as light beings.
Current Incarnation
Isis returns now via birth into Ingrid’s body (her first since Egypt) to prevent another catastrophe like Atlantis. A small essence enters at birth, with more integrating over time to raise vibrations, avoiding direct creation of a body due to Earth’s current frequency. This aims to clear negativity, promote awakening, and support planetary shifts without a full deluge.
