The only information that remained for you to play with and to keep you functioning was the double helix. Many of the databases along the double helix were shutdown, closed, so that you began to function with very little data. You were very easy to manipulate and control by many aspects of consciousness passing themselves off as God with a big G.
Certain entities took the existing species, which was indeed a glorious species, and retooled it for their own uses, their own needs. They disrupted the informational frequency inside human beings, changed the DNA, and gave you the double helix so that you could be kept in ignorance. Your frequency of accessibility was simply shut off so that you couldn't turn the dial of your own radio.

Our present DNA code functions with the 12 strands you know about fully activated, and another 24 strands you are just beginning to discover. Most of you have two active strands of DNA and ten that are dormant due to the genetic manipulation that has taken place. With that temporary shielding of so much of your divine potential, you are now functioning with about 5 to 10% of your total potential. We function at 100% of that potential. This potential also expands constantly unto eternity for everyone as they evolve into the higher dimensions. During the time of Lemuria, most of humanity and all Lemurians were functioning with a full 36 strands of DNA.
Human beings had fallen by then to such a low level of consciousness, that it would have been impossible for them to function with all 12 strands of DNA. The consequences of this diminution have been severe and painful. Without humanity’s fallen state of consciousness, this alteration of the DNA could not have happened. The shielding of your DNA, “the veil” as it is called, has allowed you to work through your evolution once again from a different viewpoint, without the ability to misuse your powers as happened in the time of Atlantis and Lemuria.

Your galactic family is uniting now to bring you the information in order to rekindle the knowing that is already yours, since the days of Atlantis and well beyond . . . indeed, from the time of your seeding, when you held twelve strands of DNA.
Many of the gifts and capabilities that had been your birthright as the starseeded super race were stripped from you. These were replaced with mechanisms that bind and suppress human thoughts and emotions, holding you locked into 3D, while they scrambled the light frequencies coming in on the Gossamer Web, so that you would somehow forget you were the blessed children of the stars. They were, to a great extent, effective. The new race of Homo sapiens would still look to the stars for inspiration, but would be denied free access to them and the human race, the Annunaki determined, would remain earth-bound and isolated, for as long as they could sufficiently contain you in their nets.

Your DNA will evolve from two helixes to twelve helixes. These twelve helixes correspond to energy centers, or chakras, inside and outside of your body. Millions of you on the planet at this time are on assignment, and you have agreed to carry the frequency to accomplish this. Handfuls of you are becoming impeccable, and these handfuls are affecting the others. Soon you will begin to have great clarity as to who you are and what your assignment is. This process is an incredible evolutionary leap for one to be involved in, and it is going to take place on an accelerated path for the next twenty years. There are those who have already received a realignment of the twelve strands of DNA, the twelve helixes. These twelve spiral strands of DNA interact with one another in the body and outside of the body. The connection of the twelve strands means that the twelve energy or information centers can begin to function and send information back and forth to one another.

Junk DNA
Your DNA is a filament; a scientist would describe it as a connective filament. Scientists, doing the best they can up to this point, have found certain codings within certain portions of the DNA. They have also found superfluous portions of the DNA. In other words, there are portions that they cannot translate or figure out, so they think these portions of the DNA are just there for the ride, and they call them "junk DNA."

We have talked about how all of you were built by the creator gods. You were built like houses that were going to be expanded or added on to in the future. You are now at that juncture when those who designed you are adding on to who you are.
What the scientists call "junk DNA" has been dormant in your body for a long time, and it is now becoming activated. In our teachings, we always emphasize the importance of oxygenation, because oxygen feeds the coding and awakens the junk DNA in your body (which certainly isn't junk at all). What scientists are calling "junk" houses the perceptions deep inside of your body that will allow you to become an entire perceiver, a fourth-dimensional being. This awakening DNA will allow you to change your eyesight, change your hearing, increase your life span, and so on. This dormant part of the DNA that has baffled the scientists is now coming to life.

By interfering they became energetically tied to the development of Earth. They have always had many tricks up their sleeve, and in this case they got the last laugh.
When working with the Lyran group during the genetic program, they inserted a latent DNA code within the human cells. This code is triggered by an accelerating vibration that occurs when a civilization begins to evolve spiritually. As Earth accelerates toward self-awareness and fourth density (which is occurring presently), the code is activated. Once activated, the human race unwinds its limited vision like a coil until the expanse of All That Is becomes visible. It was their way of allowing humanity to eat from the tree of life after all. From these early seeders of planet Earth, humanity has been left a challenge. As stated, the “children” who are seeded usually carry the genetic codes and deep-seated attitudes of the “parents.” If indeed Earth was seeded from a point of inequality and lack of free will, might this not explain why humans of many races today still carry an underlying belief in the superiority of the Caucasian/Aryan race (the Lyran group)?

Here is a question you are familiar with: “What came first, the chicken or the egg?” Does the DNA come first, or does the imprint pattern come first? We would say that energetic patterns actually shape the DNA, because the physical is always a result of the nonphysical. When a drop comes from the Lake and it goes into the embryo, of course the parents provide foundational DNA. But as the drop merges with the embryo, the energy template of the drop activates different parts of the DNA to tell it the program of experiences you want to have as a physical person.
The Book of Jehovih says the living were created “not in pairs only, but in hundreds of pairs and thousands, and in millions.” I read this as a description of DNA. See the Book of Jehovih, chapter V.
DNA of the so-called alien beings
If you had the capability, you would find that all humans can be traced back to your off-planet Galactic Family. This is why when scientists test the DNA of the so-called alien beings they find on Earth, the genetic structure is very close to human.

Mitochondrial Eve and Y-chromosomal Adam
Mitochondrial Eve is the name given to the most recent woman from whom all living humans today inherit their mitochondrial DNA. She is estimated to have lived 150,000–200,000 years ago in East Africa. She was not the only woman alive at the time, but her maternal line is the only one that has survived unbroken to the present.
In parallel, genetics identifies a Y-chromosomal Adam, the most recent common paternal ancestor, who lived at a different time—roughly 200,000–300,000 years ago, depending on studies. The current scientific consensus places the emergence of Homo sapiens at around 300,000 years ago.
