Blue gods are everywhere once you start looking. Krishna is blue, Osiris is sometimes shown with blue skin, and Maya art has blue human figures. On this page I bring together what my sources say about where that colour comes from: blue skin, blue blood, and the Rh negative question.
Gods with blue skin
Bashar ties the blue gods of India to Lemuria. In his account the people of Mu were close to the Anunnaki, and you can still see them in the old images. You can read the full quote on Lemuria/Mu.
Many had slightly tinted blue skin.

The more common readings are symbolic. On The blue beings I collected some: Krishna’s blue as the colour of the sky, the ocean and the boundless divine, Osiris blue as the Nile and the sky, and Maya blue as water, sky and the underworld. I keep those readings next to the claim that the colour was real.
The blue ones of Atlantis
Matías De Stefano remembers that in Atlantis the high priests were called the blue ones. They painted themselves blue and stayed behind veils, and they said they were the gods made manifest.

Blue blood and the Anunnaki
Bashar also uses the words blue blood for the Atlanteans who survived. In his story they carried a lot of Anunnaki genetics, were often seven or eight feet tall, and the Anunnaki themselves had a blue tint from their blood. The full quote is on Who Are the Anunnaki?.

Rh negative blood
In another session Bashar is asked about Rh negative blood. He starts with the Anunnaki, who in his account added their DNA to an early human line. Our blood types, he says, carry markers of many different sources.

When asked about the Rh negative line itself, he keeps it short and points to Sirius.

What I take from this
I do not know of any proof that people with blue skin or blue blood ever walked the earth. What I see is that different sources, from Bashar to Matías De Stefano, place the blue gods at the same crossing of Lemuria, Atlantis and the Anunnaki.
