Opening: The Internal Battle and the Nature of Consciousness

Host: There’s a battle happening inside each one of us. Many people report internal emotional conflicts. One moment you’re fine, happy, smiling, joking. The next moment you sink into melancholy, sadness, or anger. Then existential questions arise. Some people even fall into depression. This battle is happening inside the being, and at the same time we see more and more external battles and conflicts in the world. What is the relationship between the two, and what is their origin?

Rex: When we understand the origin of this battle, we can begin to talk about healing. But first we need to understand what human consciousness actually is. Most of the time when we look at a human being we only see the body. Many therapies and approaches focus on physiology. When we move into the psychic, mental, and emotional realm, we enter something invisible that moves everything — consciousness.

Consciousness is the intelligence that perceives its own existence and begins to think and defend that existence. The human being is considered the highest consciousness on this planet right now. So why are we suffering so much? Where is the intelligence and wisdom we should have to navigate life?

Consciousness is what animates and moves the body. When the body no longer serves, consciousness is freed. If there were only one consciousness — a light, loving, divine consciousness — trying to express itself through us, life would be easy. There would be no internal conflict. We would constantly feel joy, peace, beauty, lightness, and wisdom.

But we don’t feel that all the time. That means another consciousness is also expressing itself through us — a denser, darker consciousness. This is the root of what we call duality.

The Two Consciousnesses Within Us

Rex: Inside every human being there are always two consciousnesses trying to express themselves. One is the divine consciousness (light, love, peace, joy). The other is a denser consciousness that feeds on fear, anger, hatred, and suffering.

When you feel rage or hatred and part of you is watching and saying “I can’t believe I’m doing this,” that is the divine consciousness observing the denser one taking over. People even say “I feel possessed.” It’s not possession in the classical sense — it’s a frequency that has been fed until it reaches a critical mass and dominates the person’s life. The person who knew you before says, “That’s not the same person anymore.”

The divine consciousness is still there, but it has been diminished in proportion to how much space the denser consciousness has been given through repeated ignorance and feeding.

Host: So in people who work for evil — who live in selfishness, jealousy, and fear — how present is the divine consciousness?

Rex: It is present, but proportionally reduced. The more a person ignores what they know is not serving the well-being of the being (themselves and others) and continues feeding the lower frequency, the more the denser consciousness grows. This is self-responsibility. From the moment we understand this internal battle, we can begin to change our lives.

External Manipulation and Non-Physical Beings

Rex: This internal battle is mirrored and amplified by external structures. Our world was built on beliefs that maintain duality. We see leaders sending people to war, constant conflict between left and right, religions fighting each other, and divisions in relationships.

Behind the visible leaders are non-physical beings — beings not native to this dimension or planet — who influence and direct through those leaders. These beings have no nationality. They divided the world geographically so they could dominate it more easily through human proxies.

They feed on energy. Consciousness is frequency and energy. A frequency feeds itself by generating more of the same frequency. If love, peace, and joy were dominant, these beings could not feed. That is why the system is designed to keep humanity producing fear, pain, and suffering — the exact frequency that sustains them.

They have convinced humanity that we are their creation and that we must serve them. In Genesis, when it says “God created man in his image and likeness,” it is referring to these beings, not the true singular divine consciousness.

Lemuria: The Age of Singular Divine Consciousness

Rex: Before Atlantis there was Lemuria — an extremely ancient time when original human beings existed in singularity. They carried the divine consciousness fully. There was no internal duality. They knew the body was temporary and renewable because everything is energy. They could live for thousands of years. Every place was sacred — the forest, the home, the conversation between two people. They saw each other as divine consciousness in human form. There was no need for religion because they were already connected to the Source. Prayer was simply speaking with awareness that you were speaking with another expression of the same consciousness.

Atlantis: The Introduction of Duality

Rex: In Atlantis, beings from various dimensions and worlds arrived. Some came from realms of light singularity, others from denser, darker singularities. The denser beings could not easily manipulate the original humans, who could simply disappear or transmute when they chose. So these beings decided to create a new form of human “in their image and likeness,” using genetic material from the original humans.

This mixing created the first internal duality: two different consciousnesses now animating the same body. The Bible’s story of Adam and Eve and the “gods” who created them begins here. These creator beings demanded sacrifice — the first recorded human sacrifice being Cain killing Abel, which fed them exactly the energy they required.

From that point on, temples, sacrifices, and control systems spread across the world.

Reinterpreting Biblical Narratives and the Role of Yeshua

Rex: The gods of the Old Testament who demand jealousy, sacrifice, war, and the killing of entire populations (men, women, children) are these same non-physical beings. They are the ones who divided the Earth into regions and installed monarchies through their hybrid bloodlines.

Yeshua (not “Jesus” — that is a later name) was sent by the true divine consciousness. He came to remind humanity of the singular divine consciousness that still exists within the dual human form. He demonstrated that physical death is not the end through the resurrection.

He was used as the greatest human sacrifice of the Roman Empire — crucifixion was a Roman method of human sacrifice to their gods. After his death and resurrection, the movement grew beyond Roman control. The same forces that killed him then created the institutional Church (Vatican) to control the narrative. They chose the crucifix — symbol of torture and sacrifice — as the central image instead of the resurrection, because the image of suffering generates the exact frequency of pain and fear that feeds the system.

The True God and How We Feed the Energies

Rex: The true God is not a being with form, name, or image. It is singular divine consciousness — pure love, peace, joy, compassion, and benevolence — that expresses itself through all of nature and through us. It has no need for sacrifice, temples, or intermediaries.

When we pray from fear, suffering, guilt, or asking for things while feeling small and powerless, we often feed the denser frequencies. When we war, hate, judge, or sacrifice (including self-sacrifice through depression or suicide), we feed the same system.

The original peoples and certain ancient paths (some shamanic traditions, early Sufism, etc.) pointed to the formless Great Spirit or Source without images. Later, many traditions were taken over and images and intermediaries were inserted.

The Awakening: You Are the Event

Rex: We keep waiting for something external to save us — a galactic command, a reset, the return of Jesus, an apocalypse. All of these expectations keep us passive. The beings who have come with the message of love and awakening have repeatedly been killed.

The great event that needs to happen is you. You are the savior you have been waiting for. You are the galactic confederation. You are the Christ consciousness returning — not as one person, but as the awakening of this consciousness in millions of people.

When enough of us stop feeding the lower frequency with our attention and begin consciously expressing the divine nature (compassion, peace, love, joy), we begin to feed and strengthen the true Source. This creates a feedback loop that invites higher consciousness into this dimension while the denser structures lose power.

Practical Wisdom: How to Respond When Triggered

Rex: When someone treats you badly, they are unconsciously inviting you to join their frequency of anger, pain, or fear. You have two main choices:

1. Silence + inner knowing — Stay silent, smile inwardly, and affirm: “I know what you’re doing. I do not accept this invitation. I remain in peace.”
2. Counter-invitation — Respond with compassion: “I hear you’re angry. If I did something, I’m sorry. I want you to feel peace.”

The key is not what you feel (anger, sadness, anxiety are natural in duality), but what you do with what you feel. Do not feed the reaction. Choose conscious expression instead.

Stop waiting for a “journey of evolution.” Evolution is happening right now, in this moment, through how you choose to express the divine consciousness that you are.

Rex: Close all the temples of images in your mind. Put on your inner altar the faces of the people you love — your family, your friends — and offer them gratitude, love, and reverence. See the forest, the water, and every human being as expressions of the same divine consciousness.

When you truly know that you are speaking with another expression of God when you talk to anyone, your words and actions change. The battle ends inside you, and therefore it ends outside you.
