Introduction and Welcome
Namaste, namaste, namaste, everybody, whether you are here now or listening to the recording. Welcome to Deep Dialogues. We have a remarkable gentleman here, Matias de Stefano, who has been on before. We share something in common: our remembrance of Atlantis.
Matias has kindly joined us. We are recording this on December 27. Our first recording is available on this platform. This is Deep Dialogues, a space for leading global soul stewards to discuss the changes within and around us, and how we can participate in them while maintaining ourselves through times of transformation. The establishments around us are undergoing a mighty metamorphosis. Today’s subject, close to my heart, is alchemy. Welcome, brother.

Location and Connection to Atlantis
I am in Tenerife, in the Canary Islands. I have been called here, as many paths in my life relate to Atlantis. These islands were part of that story.
Do you feel the Canary Islands are the epicenter of Atlantis memories, rather than the Caribbean?
It is not the epicenter, but one of the most important places where Atlantean people started to spread. During the last glaciation, humans moved from Africa, the Middle East, and the Mediterranean through the islands. Madeira and the Canary Islands were closest, making navigation easier. They settled here before spreading further. In my memories, the first navigators from Europe and Africa began here.
The islands we see today may not have been the same. They were likely peaks of mountain ranges, with much of Atlantis now on the ocean floor.
There are fascinating structures between the Canary Islands and Madeira, not natural formations. During the glaciation peak, water was frozen in the north, turning islands into mountain peaks. Geological eruptions occurred due to shifting tectonic plates.
If you search on Google Maps for formations between Madeira and the Canary Islands, you find square structures like streets crossing, resembling a cube from above. In my memories, this region was a main entry point to Africa and Europe, or out to the Americas. It was a navigation system for consciousness, treating the planet as a machine. These structures aligned vessels and served as portals, like the Bermuda Triangle.
The portal here is more square-shaped, not a triangle. It looks like a city from above, but too large for that. It was a grid for planetary navigation, allowing travel through energy without physical movement.
Internal Technology and Gaia During Atlantis
Atlanteans used consciousness for travel, similar to astral projection. Their internal technology utilized the holistic nature of consciousness.
The square in sacred geometry arose from Earth’s tectonic plates and seismic lines. They defined and utilized these energies.
To describe Gaia 15,000–20,000 years ago: Compare it to sleep cycles. Glaciation is like a resting phase, similar to REM sleep. The planet readjusts. Civilizations connect more to dreaming and other realms. In heat, activity dominates; in cold, introspection occurs. During the Ice Age, Atlanteans spread through dreaming, expanding the mind.
The hibernation led to predestined physical accomplishments. They dispersed like a circuit board, dreaming the next geographical stage.
Ancient civilizations clustered around 33° latitude due to magnetic fields under ice. Energy flowed faster in tropics, connecting to constellations and planetary movement. Now, with heating, noise fills our minds, hindering divine connection.
Ice stores information via hydrogen and oxygen in Metatron’s cube structures, making snowflakes unique. Ice ages harvest information; melting releases it confusingly.
Atlanteans learned from ice pushing stones, following ley lines and water traces. Myths of ice giants describe this. Water and ice were central; information is like water in jars. “Garuk” meant empty jar, a grave insult.
Elements, Feelings, and Navigation in Atlantis
Water represents feelings (earth: physical, water: emotional, air: mental, fire: spiritual; carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen).
In dream time, feelings navigated lives, communities, and Gaia. Dreaming and life were connected; they dreamed awake, like animals and plants, to access power. Philosophy from Thoth: Everything is mind—the universal law.
Without navigating the mind, one is lost to waves (unconsciousness). Conscious is the navigator; subconscious holds the waves. They lived on islands to prepare the mind. Water was the vehicle to the mind of God. Baptism and immersion were key. Sarcophagi with water created conductivity.
Hydrogen is the sun; water is light organized differently. Eating provides information; meditation accesses it. Alchemy recognizes external powers within. Temples were dark to access imagination and mind, using body’s elements (oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, carbon).
To govern is to navigate; self-governance comes from mind navigation.
Holistic Consciousness and Sleep
Mind is total holism: what is without is within, above is below. Still point accesses dream time and collective unconscious.
Science sees sleep as cellular recovery, but it reconnects to collective experience of species. Waking brings separation.
Meditation is essential for presence, slowing processes to theta state for remembering. Embodiment via heart (seat of soul) enables kindness, empathy, compassion over mental fixation.
Mind is like Wi-Fi everywhere, not just the brain’s operating system. Brain, heart, intestines process mind. Shut down the brain in sleep or meditation to access true mind.
Thoth and Mastery of Mind
Atlanteans connected worldwide via dreaming and ceremonies. Masters/channelers stayed in dreaming state, becoming anything.
Thoth mastered: “I am an idea in everyone’s mind, in everything.” Man means thought; a powerful idea becomes humanity.
Thoth alchemized mind: harvesting light, sounds, images. He wrote humanity’s game, teaching mind connection. Some used it for control via relegation (tying minds to one), origin of religion (religare: to tie back).
Remembering connects networks; it’s consciousness recognition. Thoth empowered remembrance: “I am a thought, part of a network.”
Others manipulated for power. Today, it’s about ideas; control via them. Thoth urges right alchemy.
Mind power ties to eating; free body for free mind. Culture controls via food. Mind’s labyrinth: Thoth built it.
Control vs. Management
Control is illusion; we manage. In performance, breath manages; in surfing, synchronize with waves; in riding, sync with horse; in lovemaking, unify.
Atlanteans lived this in culture. Consciousness needs balance with unconscious/subconscious, like intestine-heart-brain. Tune, not overcome; symbiosis.
Oxygen is toxic, but we adapted. Matrix is womb; expand from it, not destroy.
Etymology frees perception: matrix from mater (mother); logos in word (intelligible sound).
Sound transforms; light informs. Alchemy transforms states, like trees’ photosynthesis.
Alchemy as Agriculture
Alchemy is agriculture, not magic: black soil (Kemet). Start with seed in dark, absorb nutrients, grow, blossom, fruit to feed seed.
Mind is seed; pineal is pine seed. Life process: darkness, pressure, roots, growth, fruits for seed.
For 2026: Balance observation (eyes), hearing (frequency). Heal by positioning heels correctly (geolocation of mind). Balance eyes for right reality; frequency nourishes pineal.
Atlantean technology: sound, music, words for data. Words shift minds (abracadabra: create as speak). Modern media conditions seed; chemistry without purpose traps.
Personal Alchemy and Grounding
We are out of tune; find signature note from heart. Words from heart enter heart.
Root in body for balance. Ground via heels, pivot between past/future for stillness, remembering self.
Alchemy from black earth: core of matrix.
Vision for 2026
Nigredo: darkness, cave, nutrients from “manure”—weak points, hidden things.
Transform: find Achilles heel (poison becomes medicine). Stability from own standpoint, not society.
Face hidden; spirituality poisoned by utopia. Nurture divine emanation via deep examination of rootedness.
Relocate north via south (origins). Faith (fe: iron) points north; free from attachments.
Apostasy from church: serve all, not one direction. Start with own faith (blood pointing north).
