Hidden in a Saddlebag: The Journals Documenting a Secret Templar Covenant

The Sinclair Williams Journals

Introduction

This amazing story is told in the form of 20 books actually personal journals that were written by members of two prominent Scottish clans. The first five generations were of the Sinclair’s the next 10 generations of the Williams. Now these books first 13 were written in Latin. The next two were written in old English and the final five were written in modern English. And they are absolutely incredible. They start with the first entry in 1353 and the last entry in 1770. And the story they tell is nothing short of amazing. But the big question is, is it true? Well, that’s what this video is all about.

How the Journals Came to Light

Hello everybody. As we continue on our 250th/900year anniversary of the founding of the United States, it’s important that we take a step back and start at the beginning. How did I come into these journals? And what was that process like? And why did it take me almost 10 years from the time I first read the journals until I published the book, The Greatest Templar Tale Never Told, The Sinclair Williams Journals. Why did it take so long? Well, the reason is the first time this story came to me back in July of 2016, after I read the story, it was so fantastic. I couldn’t believe it. And the only way that I was going to take this to, you know, take this public was to make absolutely sure that the story was true.

The Importance of These Documents

Now, we have to go back and start this story of the vetting of the Sinclair Williams journals and make no mistake about it. The reason that the Sinclair Williams journals are so important is because of the level of detail that they go into about the events that happened going back to the beginning of the 14th century all the way up until 1770. And make no mistake, this story is incredible. But is it true? That was a question that I asked the very first time I read the journals.

Discovery: Diana Mure Contacts Scott

But the way I got them is an interesting story. In July of 2016, I got an email from a woman named Diana Mure. And basically what she said in the email was, “I have the personal journals of Earl Henry Sinclair.” And I know who Earl Henry Sinclair was and the personal journals of him. If anybody had something like that, we would have already known about it. Sorry, but I don’t believe you. Delete. Then the next day, I got another email from her basically saying, “No, really. I’ve got the journals of Earl Henry Sinclair. And I went, “Nice try again, but nope.” And I deleted it. About a week later, she hit me again and essentially said, “No, really, I’m serious. I have the personal journals of Earl Henry Sinclair.” And then she sent me a couple of pages. And I looked at those pages. I picked up the phone and said, “Hi.” Anyway, that’s how I first met Diana. Now that was in July. In August, she actually took a trip. She came up to visit Janet and I here in Chanhassen and she actually stayed with us and we had a meeting with some of my Masonic brothers at the Scottish Rite Temple and we went through her story and I got feedback from some of my brethren about the story and it was a good meeting. In September of 2016, Matt Cransen, a fellow brother Mason and I actually went down to the Mormon Visitors Center in Nauvoo, Illinois, and we met with Diana, and this was the first time I got to see the journals myself. Now, I only saw one of the books, but it was probably the most important book that was written by the last person to write in the journals, John Williams Jr. And in there were some really amazing entries. We’ll read those entries later, but I also saw the Lambkin map, which Diana called a burrito, which was part of the cache of materials that she had found. Of course, when we met and we looked at what she had brought us, I took pictures of everything. I recorded video, asked her questions, and did everything we could to vet the material as best we could at that time. Now, at that time, at the visitors center, I thought this would be the first of many times that I would get to see the journals, and I didn’t worry about not seeing the entire cache. So, now let’s let’s go back a ways. Uh, of course, the first story that I asked Diana is, “Where did you get them?” and she told me that back in 2004, she was living in Georgia at the time, she had made a trip that ended up taking her to Greenville, Tennessee, where she was tracing her ancestry, trying to figure out who her ancestors were that was that lived in the United States at that time or even before we were officially a country. And the person she was tracking down was John Williams Jr. who had was living in North Carolina and eventually because of his service in in several conflicts including the French and Indian Wars and the Revolution was given land in the territory of Tennessee that would eventually become the state of Tennessee near Greenville and that’s where he homesteaded built a home and lived out the rest of his life until he died in 1812 at the age of 71. So, what she ended up doing was going to the Elmer Cox Historical and Genealogical Society building in Greenville. And it was it’s just a very small residential home that’s been converted into this history center. And while she was there, she asked a young male, now this is her story. I’m repeating Diana’s story. she asked a young male attendant there do you have any information about about John Williams and he said well I think we have something in the basement. It went down in the basement and she said there was an old chest there that was partially burned and the story is that this chest had been inside of Wesley Church near Greenville and had burned down in 1880. Well, subsequent to all of this information, I have followed in Diana’s footsteps. And in fact, that is indeed true. The church burned down around 1880, and this chest was rescued from it. Now, inside this wooden chest, there was a leather saddle bag. And when Diana said she opened the saddle bag, there were these small books, a bunch of these books. There turned out to be 20 of them, and what she called a burrito, which was this lambkin map. Now, she brought all the saddle bag up stairs and was looking at it at the table and she saw some pretty interesting things. Now, it turns out that these 20 journals, the first 13 of them are written in Latin. The next two journals, 14 and 15, were written in old English. And if you think Latin is hard to read, try old English. Uh, and then the last five were written in modern English. And that was one of the journals that I saw, Beautiful Penmanship by John Williams Jr. So she had these 20 books and this burrito and everything was, you know, most of it was written in Latin. She could hardly read it. So, uh, as it turns out, it was getting towards the end of the day. They’re going to be closing soon. And the young man told her that, “Hey, I’m going to go down in the basement and, um, move some things around and, um, you know, we’re going to be closing soon.” So at that point when he disappeared, Diana took the material, including the saddle bag, put it in her own bag, and walked out. Yes, she stole them. Now, you’re probably sitting here going, “Oh my god, Scott, um, why are you tattling on her?” Well, I’m not tattling on her. She freely admits that she took them. Um, I can see that. Now, somebody who is, you know, the researcher that she is, I can imagine that she wanted to dive into those and eventually she would, but that’s another story.

Diana\‘s Research and Translation

Now, remember Diana took these documents back in 2004 and then she told me that she was actually watching my show, America on Earth, and she heard the name Earl Henry Sinclair. I don’t remember which episode it was, but I know that I have said that in some of the past episodes. And that triggered a memory. She said that in the journals she saw the name Henrikus Santa Clara, which would be the Latin way of spelling Henry Sinclair. So she went back and she transcribed or translated all of the journals into modern English using, you know, internet translation programs. and she generated a document of an English translation of all the journals. Now, when she came to visit me in August of 2016, she gave me a copy of that. I had a chance to read them and of course, I was amazed. So, now it’s 2015 and she’s like, I have to do something with this material. I’m going to contact the Lagina brothers on the curse of Oak Island. Now, I’m only a little bit offended by that, but as things turned out, uh, it actually went pretty well. She had made plans to go visit the Lagina brothers and show them the journals. And so, she drove all the way up to Canada, and when she got to the border, and they did a background check on her, they found that she had a couple of felonies in her distant past. Now, I have talked to Diana about this, and her side of the story is she had cashed a check when she was a young person. Um, and uh, it turned out to be not even $2,000, but because she was estranged from her husband, um, he had a family member who was the judge. Now, this is Diana’s story, who uh, gave her some prison time. Later on, she would get herself into some other trouble and would run from the authorities. Eventually, she would be tracked down and because she had not turned herself in, she ended up doing some serious time. So, this is the reason why Diana did what she would ultimately do, but stay tuned for that part. So, now she’s at the border. They won’t let her cross. into Canada to go visit the Lagina brothers. So she called a friend of hers who she had been corresponding with. His name is Jeff Irvin and Jeff is now a friend of mine and he has confirmed that he met with Diana. He saw the journals. He saw the lambkin map. He took his own photographs and then Diana you know went started to head home. She did make a stop in Westford, Massachusetts, where she saw the Westford Knight, which many people think might be connected to the journals. Sir James Gun, who was a close confidant of Earl Henry Sinclair, is believed to be the knight whose effigy well, actually his sword, the effigy of a sword, that is carved into the bedrock in Westford. And I know that Diana was there at the time that she said so because I’ve been to their historical society in Westford and I found her name on the registry. So that part of her story story was absolutely true.

The Nauvoo Meeting and a Shocking Revelation

At this point, we’re getting into July of 2016 and she decides to contact me. I told you that story and now we get all the way up to when I was visiting her in Nauvoo and looking at the one book and the Lambkin map.

The Journals Are Thrown Away

Shortly after that visit, obviously I was very excited and assumed that I would be seeing the journals more often so I could do some real work on them. And then Diana told me what at first I couldn’t believe, but now I do believe. She told me that she threw the journals away. Yes, she said she threw them away. And at first, I didn’t believe her. I thought, you know, she’s just trying to make these things go away so she won’t get herself in trouble. And the more I thought about it, the more I came to the realization that I do believe she actually threw them away. And the reason is because of her past. If she had been convicted of stealing these journals from this genealogical society in Tennessee, I believe that she believes she would go to jail probably for the rest of her life because she’s in her early 70s now. And I think she did it out of self-preservation. I don’t want to get into criticizing her. what’s happened has happened. I can’t go backwards. Uh, I understand what she did. Um, it wasn’t right. Uh, and I’m hoping that maybe someday I will be proven wrong, but at this point I have to say I think they’re gone.

Three Surviving Pages and the Network Pitch

Now, the good news is a couple of months after she threw them away in October of 2016, myself and some other people were going to make a pitch for a new show about these journals with the networks. And I told Diana, I said, “I have to have something to show them.” And she said, “No, really, I’ve thrown them away. I swear I did.” And but as it turns out, she happened to find three pages, original pages that while she was doing her research, she had put into a three- ring binder and forgot about. And she gave me those three pages. Uh, one of them goes back to the 14th century and was written by Earl Henry. Another one is in old English and one of the other pages is in modern English. So, we’ll get into the details of those pages, but now I actually had three pages and we used them in our pitch. The pitch was unsuccessful, but the good news is we now have those three original pages and that’s all we have. But hey, it’s better than nothing, right?

The Cremona Document

Don Rue is my friend that I’ve known for the past 20 years and he is the one that has taken me on this incredible journey that we now call the Cremona document. And Don is the one whose best friend was Bill Jackson who purchased a Cremona document in Rome back in 1971 from a very prominent Italian family named Benudo. Now, Jackson is the one who has upon his death in 2000 left various caches of documents, artifacts, maps, and other materials for his friend Don. And the way he’s done it is simply incredible. I’ll get into that in more detail as we go forward. So, if somebody asked me what is the Cremona document? Well, the Cremona document is a series of Templar records that include encrypted documents, letters, maps, and artifacts that date back all the way to 1307 when the order was suppressed. But those records have been updated multiple times over the centuries. And to the best of our knowledge, according to the material we have, the last update was done in 1908. The name Roberta is very important in this story. Roberta was the cousin of Bill Jackson’s girlfriend whose code name was IUDA. But when she passed away in about 2021, she left all this material to her cousin with instructions of making sure this material got to Don Rue. Dan Spartan was Don Rue and Bill Jackson’s boss. They were also all very close friends. And it turns out that Dan Spartan was left some of the most important material by Bill Jackson. And when he passed in early 2021, he left a box full of this material. Now, in March of 2021, we opened that box. And what was in there was were some of the most important key items in all of the Cremona document material which included map 8. Now map 8 we didn’t even know existed until 2020. But in some of the notes that we had received at that time there is mention of eight maps. And we now know what all those eight maps are and we have them all. But map 8 is the most important because it contains 13 parts. Remember the internal evidence that I talked about. Map 8 13 again sacred numbers that correspond to the Fibonacci sequence. But what makes this map so important is that these 13 individual maps are the treasure locations for the Templars and where they hid their valuable treasures.

Vetting the Story: Overlap with the Cremona Document

At this point, I want to talk to you about the actual vetting process that took nine years starting in 2016. And really, the biggest part of the vetting involves something called the Cremona document. Now, the Cremona document is something that I’m going to be talking about in the coming days in great detail. I’ve already talked about it a lot in lectures and in other postings that we’ve done, but it’s really important to understand that the journals coincide with the material in the Cremona document beautifully and there’s a lot of overlap and this is really important because these two sets of documents are completely independent in time, space and individuals. The point here is Don Rue and Diana Mir did not know each other when these documents first came to me. I was the one who actually introduced those two so that they could help each other out. But here’s what’s really important. We’re talking about these journals that tell the story of bringing Templar treasures to North America, hiding it there with the idea that this covenant, this mission to establish a sanctuary in the land far to the west, which we now know is North America. that story that starts in the 14th century goes all the way to 1770. But the Cremona document material actually give us context about how the treasures got to eastern Scotland into the caves on the northern side of the Firth before they were taken to North America. And that story is just fantastic. in 2023, we actually received some encrypted documents from Bill Jackson’s girlfriend via her cousin. And in the first encrypted message that we got from Roberta, again, we’ll go into all this detail later, but just just go with it for now. In that encrypted document, the message basically reveals that three ships that escaped from the western port of La Rochelle went to Scotland, specifically to the island of Aaron. And that’s on the western coast of Scotland. And on the aisle of Aaron, there is something there called King’s Caves. These king’s caves were named after Robert the Bruce who was there three months prior to the crackdown in August of 1307. Now what was he doing there? Well, obviously he was scouting locations for the treasures because he was already in communication with the Templars who were going to be leaving the night before the arrest order came down from the king of France. So, we get these details about the treasure coming up there, uh, being deposited in King Ca, King’s Caves. We’re going to be visiting there later this summer. And then all they did was just sail across the bay or the Firth of Clyde to a Cistercian abbey there called Saddle Abbey, which is mentioned in the Cremona document in this particular encrypted message. Now, we’re also going to talk about Boots on the Ground, how the treasure went from King’s Caves to Kilwinning Abbey, which again was built by the Cistercians and Knights Templar, and eventually to Williams Caves. But now, it’s time to actually look at some of the evidence that’s in the journals that has proven to me that these documents are real history, that they’re authentic and amazing.

External Evidence from the Journals

The Beaver Description (1665)

The next piece of evidence that I found extremely important and something that I can’t even imagine somebody could think to make up and actually have it be true. In one of the entries, I think this is in 1665. That would be John Williams Junior’s grandfather. forget his first name, but anyway, he talks about a strange creature that he sees in North America that has a flat tail and can cut down trees. Now, most of us would immediately say, “Well, of course it’s a beaver. Everybody knows what a beaver is, especially here in North America.” But it turns out that a visiting European from the United Kingdom, specifically Scotland, in 1665, would not have known what a beaver was. The reason is by 1524 or so, at the very latest, beavers had been hunted out in the entire United Kingdom. So three or four generations later in 1665, somebody in Europe would not know what a beaver was. So for them to see this creature over in North America and make a comment like that about a creature that they had obviously never seen before, that to me was, you know, it’s an innocuous thing that nobody would really notice. But to me, I find it extremely important. and in in my mind might might alone prove the veracity of these documents. The other interesting thing about beavers is they weren’t reintroduced into the United Kingdom until the early 2000s. And by 2009, I think I read that there were at least two dozen beavers that were reestablished in the United Kingdom. And that’s good news. But again, in 1665, not so much.

Lexell\‘s Comet (1770)

Now, this particular aspect of the journals is in my mind incredible because I don’t know how somebody would think to forge something like this. and that is there’s multiple mentions of a comet in the journal entries of John Williams Jr. when he’s up there with his party collecting the treasures and getting ready to bring them back. They talk about digging by the light of a comet and he mentions it over a period of days. So I went back and looked up was there a comet visibly present back in 1770 and sure enough there was. It was called Lexel’s comet and it was only documented around the world by four astronomers in different countries. But this would be the fifth documentation of Lexel’s comet at that time. Now that alone is very impressive and it was a very bright and visible comet enough so that it provided light to dig by according to John Williams. I don’t know about you, but that to me is extremely compelling.

The Venus Transit (1769)

In addition to that on I think in 1769 when he was up there checking on the treasures he also mentions that the brethren formed a triangle and they prayed to something that was happening with the planet Venus at the time. Well, I looked that up on the internet and sure enough, there was a Venus transit that took place on those exact date that John Williams talked about something special happening in the heavens with the planet Venus. Now, I don’t think he understood exactly what was happening, but he did document that the brethren acknowledged that something important was happening in the sky with Venus. And again, I find this very compelling. Why would a forger point that out? Only people that understood the movements of the planet Venus and in fact revered those movements and that would be the Templars and you know Freemasons at that time. So this again is extremely compelling piece of evidence that supports the veracity of these documents.

Adam Forester and Jean Sinclair

One of the key people who is listed on the crew list of the Oak Island ship that came over to North America with Earl Henry Sinclair in 1398 is Adam Forester. Now Adam Forester, we were able to find his name listed in the church records of Corsphine Church in Western Edinburgh in Scotland. And what’s interesting, I visited this church and I saw his name listed, but I also saw saw not just his son’s name, John Forester, but I saw a fullsize effigy of his body carved inside a recess with his wife laying next to him, also carved in a full-size effigy. Her name was Jean Sinclair. She was the daughter of Earl Henry Sinclair. So this was an important find which corroborates that Adam Forester not only lived but was closely related by marriage to the Sinclair clan.

So let’s talk a little bit about Jean Sinclair. This would be one of Earl Henry’s daughters. He actually mentions her birth in the book. So let me just read that entry. And the date of that entry was April 18, 1383. And here’s what he wrote. Today, a daughter Jean was born in Corsphine while her mother was visiting. She is a weak and tiny child, but her mother insists she will survive. I pray for them both. They return home as soon as they are strong enough. So interesting that he mentions her. And as it turns out, at Corsphine Church, there are life-size effiges of both John Forester, the son of Adam Forester, whose name is on the list of Templars that traveled to the new world in 1395, um, and Jean. And so when I visited this small church, there was a recess that was built into one of the walls of the church. You could see the life-size effiges of John Forester and Jean Sinclair. But what’s even more interesting is just below where they are both lying carved in stone are the family crests. And there are a number of these family crests of the forester family. And on one of them you can see that the three hunting horns which are interestingly made with a curved horn and a fish symbolshaped cord that is attached to that hunting horn. That is the symbol of the forester clan. Now, on that same shield, we also see a quadrant that has the engraved black cross of the Sinclair clan. So, that’s pretty interesting. Now, one thing that I discovered when I was in Rosland Chapel, which I will remind you was built by William Sinclair, the grandson of Earl Henry. So the marriage and life of John Forester and Jean Sinclair that would have been William the Builder’s aunt Jean Sinclair. So he would have known all about these people and it appears that he honored the Forester family in Rosland Chapel. Now, I think I might be the first person to discover this, but in the east part of the church, up on one of the beams, there is a forester hunting horn carved deeply and it’s fairly large into that beam. And my interpretation of that is that’s honoring the Forester clan that intermarried with the Sinclair clan all the way back to the late 14th and early 15th centuries.

McNab Island (formerly Dog Island)

Here’s another really interesting but important piece of evidence that supports the journals and the Cremona document. two of the treasures that were buried on what is now called McNab Island that’s just outside of Halifax Harbor where the Catherine was blown up onto the island during a storm. They buried all the treasure that was on that ship in two places. They called the island back then Dog Island. And I have done all kinds of research trying to figure out if in the past McNab Island was ever called Dog Island, at least that’s documented in the modern record somewhere. And the answer to that is no. So that was kind of a curious thing. I thought for sure there would be some record that it was called Dog Island in the past. Well, it turns out in March of it was 2021 when we opened the Spartan box and we got map 8. And what’s interesting is that McNab Island is depicted there and there’s French writing above it and it says when translated into English isle of dog. So there you go. We’ve got two different references to it being called Dog Island or Isle of Dog. One in the Cremona document and one in the Sinclair Williams Journals. I find that to be very compelling.

Joseph Peters and the 46th British Regiment

There’s one other thing that I would like to mention as far as evidence and it really involves a story that happened when Janet and I traveled up to Canada in 2017. one of the people that is mentioned in the journals as having lived up near Halifax and helped John Williams Jr. and the 46 men that and six slaves that went up to recover those treasures. One of the locals there was a Freemason by the name of Joseph Peters. And it turns out that we were able to verify that he did live up in Halifax, that he was a Freemason, and in fact was a Knights Templar in the Masonic order. And the way that we figured this out is, as you might recall, or you will recall when I read it to you, that John Williams Jr. talks about his father having been in the 46th British Regiment up in Canada. So, we had to go to Canada to try to verify that. Well, not only did we verify that the 46 British regiment did indeed exist up in Canada, but when I talked to the curator who was recommended to us by the then current Grandmaster of Knights Templar in Canada, this would have been back in 2017, Bill Man. the curator when I asked him I said can you tell me brother how often people will come up here and look at these records specifically I’m wondering if a woman came up here I’m thinking about Diana and he said to me that well first of all not trying to be misogynist at all but a woman would never get access to these Templar records because they are Templar records and only Templars will have access to these records. Second of all, he said there hasn’t been anybody in the past 30 years that has asked anything about the documents that you asked for that verify brother Peters and brother John Williams senior were part of that 46 British regiment in Canada.

Mason\‘s Island and the Secret Vault

The next thing I want to talk about that’s mentioned in the journals that I was able to go actually take a a look at and spend some time on is Mason’s Island which is in Washington DC in the Potomac River pretty much right behind the Lincoln Memorial on the National Mall just a little bit north. But anyway, um, in the journals it talks about George Mason building a home on the southern part of the island. In fact, when you go on the island, which is basically just a series of paths that people will jog and hike on today, but there is an interpretive sign on the island that shows the entire island and where George Mason built his house. Now, according to the journals, the secret vault was built about a thousand paces from that location of the house. And so, when I was on the island, and I’ve done this a couple of times over the past 9 years, is I’ve actually paced off a thousand paces to the north. And when I did that, that took me up to the northern end of the island where it’s very interesting. The topography rises. And what happens is on the west side of the island, the elevation is higher and it does slope down to the shore eventually. But on the east side, it rises up to I think as high as 70 or 80 ft and then it drops off dramatically. Now that’s being influenced by the geology of the island in that area of the river. But the point is when you go a thousand paces, there are a lot of interesting things that you can see today. First of all, there is a rise in elevation that would certainly allow for the dimensions of the secret vault and it being 10 ft down. Um, no problem there. There’s plenty of elevation and plenty of room. There’s also an interesting fairly steep cliff that, you know, drops down to the swamp and eventually to the river, but that would again allow for an entrance coming in from the side as described. Also, in this area, there are random fired bricks that you can find in the bushes that seem to date back. Now, they could be earlier structures. They could also be part of the secret vault. And the other thing that is mentioned is a very small harbor where they were able to land the boats to unload the treasure when they put it into the secret vault. And when you go there to this day, you can see there is still a very small but serviceable harbor, if you will, or enclosed area along the northern end of the river.

The Newport Tower

A couple more things that we’re going to touch on in more detail when we get there in the journals, but I can say right now with with pretty much 100% confidence, we know the name of the monk who carved the Kensington runstone inscription. I know that’s a bold claim. It is a bold claim, but I think when we flesh this out eventually within the Sinclair Williams journals, you’re going to see that this this is pretty compelling and you you might buy into it, too. But that monk’s name was Father Richards. So, hold that thought. We’re going to come back to it, but I think you’re going to see that we’re right about that. The other thing that we see that’s mentioned in the journals that caught me completely offguard was the mention of the Newport Tower. And this was written down by John Williams Jr. after he came back from that first trip to go check on the treasures in the summer of 1769. Now remember his father told him to go with these two older freemasons who were friends of his father and to read the journal so he would understand what the mission was all about and he did that and he did ask those brothers questions but on the way back in his journal he writes that he has doubts about the story. So what these older Freemasons did was they took him to Newport Rhode Island and they showed him the Newport Tower. Now John Williams Jr. was an engineer and in his journals he writes about the tower and he writes about how impressed he was with the architecture and the astronomical alignments that were in the tower. He talks about the cardinal points and obviously he was very impacted because he changed his mind and he started to accept the truth about his past and what what the whole point was about the mission that he was on. I just found this to be extremely compelling. And of course throughout the Cremona document there are multiple references of the Newport Tower.

Internal Evidence: Sacred Numbers and Symbolism

Okay, we’ve talked a little bit about the external evidence. Let’s focus now on the internal evidence. And what I’m talking about here are things like sacred numbers and symbols that only deeply initiated people like the Templars would understand.

The Fibonacci Sequence and the Five-Pointed Star

So let’s talk about these sacred numbers of the golden ratio or the Fibonacci sequence. It’s important for you to understand that these numbers correspond to the key to life in the universe. And it’s the rate at which things grow. It’s a mathematical equation that is a constant that repeats u throughout the universe. the most common example of course is the way plants grow, the way a spiral will grow in a shell. how our bones grow in our bodies and how crystals grow in rocks. And it’s a it’s a defined mathematical sequence of numbers that repeat the same every time. Now, one of the places that we find the Fibonacci sequence or the golden ratio, which is incorporated within arguably the most iconic symbol of our nation, the five-pointed star. Now, if you’re wondering how can it be the most iconic symbol? Well, think about this. There’s 50 of them on our flag and you pledge allegiance to it whenever you see the flag and you say that pledge of allegiance. Do you know what you’re pledging allegiance to? Well, those 50 stars are very important and are directly connected to the Fibonacci sequence. Let me explain. The planet Venus, which you will hear us talk about all through anything involving the Knights Templar, is this iconic symbol. And the reason that it’s important to him is because it’s connected to the planet Venus and it’s connected to the goddess. And let me explain. So when we view the movements of the planet Venus from Earth astronomically over eight Earth years, there’s that number eight. That is probably the most important number to the Templars. Remember the eight points on a Templar cross. When we view those movements of Venus over eight Earth years, her movement is a lot like a Spirograph if you remember what a Spirograph is. But essentially over those eight years, it forms the five-pointed star. And within the five-pointed star, we have something called the pentagon. If you draw that five-pointed star, now there are five sides to a pentagon. And if we take any one of those lengths or that line that makes the pentagon and assign it a value a value of one and then we will measure it to the ratio of the line extended to any one of the 10 lines that make the five points of that pentagram. That ratio was 1 to 1.618 something something something. That ratio is the Fibonacci sequence and it just goes on from there. That is why it’s connected with life. The lifegivers are women and that is where this association with the Fibonacci sequence, the five-pointed star is with the goddess in the heavens. And you’ll see this symbol in other places in just a minute. But one of the things we are able to do is to take the Fibonacci sequence and distill it down to whole numbers such as 1 2 3 5 8 13 21 etc. And if you think about it, the way that you can build upon that sequence is you just take the first two numbers, add them together, you get a sum. Then you go back and add the highest number to that from your previous two. And then you get a sum. And you keep doing it. So here we go. 1 + 1 is 2. 2 + 1 is 3. 3 + 2 is 5. 5 + 3 is 8. 8 + 5 is 13. And so on. That is the Fibonacci sequence and it is these numbers that we see incorporated all through the Sinclair Williams journals. The reason they use them is because these numbers are sacred and they’re designed to instill protection and the grace and the assistance of the great goddess in the heavens by honoring her by using these sacred numbers. I hope that makes sense.

The Five-Pointed Star in Gothic Architecture

So this five-pointed star, I have made the argument that it’s important to the Cistercians in the Knights Templar back in medieval times when they were at their height in power and influence. Well, I have some evidence to support that. If you’ve ever gone to France and looked at many of the Gothic cathedrals that were built using the Knights Templar money and their stonemasons, one of the best example is in France is Amyen Cathedral. And if you go to Amyen and you look in the transept, beautifully crafted stone five-pointed star. That’s one place. If you go to Spain in the church of St. Remy, also in those transepts, the stonework there is incredible because they have five heartshaped stone tracings that are interwoven together that in the middle they create the five-pointed star. another place where you will see the five-pointed star is the home of Bernard of Clairvaux. And there is a relatively small church named St. Remy again that also has the five-pointed star within the stone tracing work of the rose window of that church. I’ve seen all three of those and they’re nothing short of incredible.

The Sacred Number Eight

So, one more thing just to keep in mind again going back to the journals. We talk about these sacred numbers and 8 being a sacred number to the Templars. Remember this, Earl Henry received the journal from his father on his 8th birthday. That of course is not a coincidence. and we see this tradition in or we see this number eight being singled out in other traditions in other cultures throughout the world throughout time. Earl Henry went to the western lands with eight ships Knights Templar architecture things like the Newport Tower and the altars and lavatoriums in Templar castles and Cistercian monasteries are octagonal in shape. This again is an ode to the sacred feminine and it’s a veiled secret reference. but it’s it’s it’s a reference indeed to the sacred feminine. So the number eight of course we see like I mentioned before the eight points in a templar cross. All of this is not coincidence. It’s honoring the great goddess.

The Legend of Enoch and the Kensington Runestone

There is another set of sacred numbers that are not connected necessarily to the Fibonacci sequence but are actually connected to the legend of Enoch. This was something that I learned when I was going through the York Rite degrees specifically through the select master degree. And what triggered me is when we talk about the legend of Enoch, and I’m not going to go into the whole details of the ritual, but one of the things that we do learn is that the three grand masters built a secret vault at the ninth level below the sanctum sanctorum in the holy of holies in the temple of Jerusalem. Now, this is going back to biblical times. And at one point during the lecture at the end of the degree, having heard about all the treasures, uh, a copy of all the true treasures being in the secret vault below the sanctum sanctorum where the original treasures are, um, it said one of the white hats in the lecture said, “And the other eight arches were built by 22 men from Giblites.” And I remember thinking to myself, 8 and 22, those are the first two numbers on the Kensington runstone. Eight Giblites and 22 Northmen. And I didn’t hear another thing after that in the lecture because my mind started racing. I had to ask myself the question, is there a connection between the 8 and 22 on the Kensington runstone and the legend of Enoch with the eight arches and the 22 workers from Giblites? Well, indeed there is. And in fact, the deeper I dug into the legend of Enoch, which actually dovetails with Hebrew mysticism, I learned some interesting things. And I guess I like to say it this way that at some point I think most people go on some type of a spiritual journey in their life trying to answer those big questions in life like you know, what happens after I die? Is there a god? Um, you know, what is life all about? And there are many ways that people can pursue the answers to these questions. Some people use organized religion. Um, other people use mystical pursuits and mystical education. Um, but at the end of the day, I think no matter what route you take, eventually it all comes back to you.

And I find that to be very interesting because here are some of these sacred numbers that are part of that tradition. Did you know that there are 33 vertebrae in your spinal column? That’s quite interesting because that corresponds to the Scottish right degree system of 33 total degrees. And on the Kensington runstone, if you add the numbers 8 and 22, the first two numbers that appear in the inscription, you get the number 30. The next number to appear is two shelters. That would be 32 if you add it to the number 30. And then the next number is one day’s journey north. 33 in sequence as you read the inscription. Now, this is either an amazing coincidence or it’s not. I’ll let you decide.

Another thing that’s absolutely fascinating is did you know that there are 22 bones in the human skull, eight in your cranium, 14 in your face for a total of 22. These are some of the important numbers that we find on the Kensington runstone inscription. 822 14 days journey.

The other thing that we have that I think is also connected to the Kensington runstone and the select master degree is we talk about the sacred treasures both up in the sanctum sanctorum and down in the secret vault. One of those treasures is the ark of the covenant and inside the ark of the covenant are the ten commandments. Could that be a symbolic reference to the Ten Commandments on the Kensington runstone when they say 10 men read from blood and death and 10 men by the inland sea to look after our ships? As above, so below down in the secret vault? I’ll let you decide.

Symbols: Hooked Crosses and the Constellation Virgo

Another piece of very compelling evidence in the journals that I saw in photographs that Diana took of some of the crew lists which sadly we we no longer have. But these photos are very important because there are at least, as I recall, six to eight hooked cross symbols that are incorporated by the scribe that wrote down the list of names of the Templars and crew on the eight ships that Henry took in 1395 and 1398. We find several examples of the hooked crosses. And of course that symbol is vitally important and connected only to the Knights Templar back in medieval times and coming forward well actually into the 18th century. Another symbol that we see on the lambkin map that is absolutely rare almost nobody knows about but that is the dotted M or the symbol for the constellation of Virgo. And if you look at that symbol, it’s actually an M that has a fish symbol incorporated to the lower right leg of the M. And we see this in the Sigma of Antonio Zeno. Look closely at how he drew that. He makes an M with the fish symbol that you can also see is the letter Z in his sigla. Now to me this is his ode to the goddess to the constellation of Virgo i.e., the goddess. And who would know that? Who would use that in their personal sigla if not only to honor the great goddess? Again, this is consistent with everything that we’re talking about with the Templars. And we see this consistency throughout in these symbols that are incorporated into different aspects of the journals. Extremely compelling stuff.

Conclusion: Why This Story Matters

Now, the final thing that I would like to do is put a little emphasis on how important this story is and what it really means and why I took so long to vet all this to bring it, you know, to bring it forth to the world because I wanted to be sure that it was correct. So, what I’m going to do is I’m going to read to you an email I got from my good friend and fellow researcher Don Shelby. And he wrote in an email to me, and I’ll never forget this, but this is what he said. God damn, what a great read. If it is true and can be established as true, it is the story of the century of two and a half centuries more. I couldn’t agree with Don any more than that. This is truly the greatest Templar tale never told and I vetted it as far as I could. I’m here to tell you I believe the story is true and I really want you to enjoy the rest of the story that’s coming in the next part. It’s amazing. So, be ready. It’s going to be good.

Coming Next: Earl Henry Sinclair and the Covenant

So, the next chapter in this story begins when an 8-year-old Earl Henry receives a journal from his father who says, “You need to write down things that you will remember when you are a man.” And it turns out that the following spring, his father took Earl Henry to the Western lands for the seventh time. His father had already been there six times. And it was during this trip when Earl Henry met a profound friend who was about the same age. He was an indigenous person by the name of Ascush. And he becomes vital in this story you’re about to hear because that friendship really sets the table for this 400-year-long mission called the covenant that you’re going to find to be simply incredible. Stay tuned.
