Legends of Old Testament Characters

Androgyne Adam

The Mussulman tradition is, that Adam having eaten the bunch of grapes given him as a reward for having preached to the angels, fell asleep; and whilst he slept, God took from his left side a woman whom He called Hava, because she was extracted from one living (Hai), and He laid her beside Adam.

The inhabitants of Madagascar have a strange myth touching the origin of woman.

The Rabbi Samuel Ben-Nahaman held that the first man was created double, with a woman at his back, and that God cut them apart. "Adam," said other Rabbis, "had two faces and one tail, and from the beginning he was both male and female, male on one side, female on the other; but afterwards the parts were separated."

In Persia, Meschia and Meschiane, the first man and the first woman, were said to have formed originally but one body; but they were cut apart, and from this voluntary reunion all men are sprung.

The idea so prevalent that man without woman, or woman without man, is an imperfect being, was the cause of the great repugnance with which the Jews and other nations of the East regarded celibacy.

Pygmalion, says the classic story, which is really a Phœnician myth of creation, made woman of marble or ivory, and Aphrodite, in answer to his prayers, endowed the statue with life.

But Hesiod gives a widely different account of the creation of woman.

That Eve was Adam's second wife was a common Rabbinic speculation; certain of the commentators on Genesis having adopted this view to account for the double account of the creation of woman in the sacred text,—first in Genesis i.

They gave to Adam a wife, formed of clay, along with Adam, and called her Lilith; resting on the Scripture, 'male and female created He them:' but when this woman, on account of her simultaneous creation with him, became proud and a vexation to her husband, God expelled her from Paradise, and then said, 'It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a help meet for him.'

And this they confirm by the words of Adam when he saw the woman fashioned from his rib, 'This is now bone of my bone, and flesh of my flesh,' which is as much as to say, Now God has given me a wife and companion, suitable for me, taken from my bone and flesh, but the other wife he gave me was not of my bone and flesh, and therefore was not a suitable companion and wife for me.

Half male, half female

Adam Stories

A woman is created from a part of a man's body (tail, thumb, rib, navel).

There is a notable interaction or relationship between the woman and a serpent.

In the beginning, God created three white and three black men and women, and gave them the choice between good and evil.

The woman brought death into the world, in that she said, Let us die to make room for our successors."

Hunter, in his "Memoirs of Captivity amongst the Indians," says that the Delawares believe that in the beginning the Red men had short tails, but they blasphemed the Great Spirit, and in punishment for their sin their tails were cut off and transformed into women, to be their perpetual worry.

The ancient Mexicans had a myth of Xolotl, making out of a man's bone the primeval mother in the heavenly Paradise; and he called the woman he had made Cihuacouhatl, which means "The woman with the serpent," or Quilatzli, which means "The woman of our flesh."

The godless Sammael had made an alliance with all the chiefs of his host against the Lord, because the holy and ever-blessed Lord had said to Adam and Eve, "Have dominion over the fish of the sea," and he said, "How can I make man to sin and drive him out?" Then he went down to earth with all his host, and he sought for a companion like to himself; he chose the serpent, which was in size like a camel, and he seated himself on its back and rode up to the woman, and said to her, "Hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?" And he thought, "I will ask more presently." Then she answered, "He has only forbidden me the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge which is in the midst of the garden.

Then Sammael called to the woman, and said, "See, I have touched the tree and am not dead.

The throne recoiled from them and exclaimed, "Depart from me, ye disobedient ones!" The horse Meimun, which Adam sought to mount, plunged and refused to allow him to touch it, saying, "How hast thou kept God's covenant?" All the inhabitants of Paradise turned their backs on the pair, and prayed God to remove the man and the woman from the midst of them.

Venus

In art, Venus is frequently depicted as a beautiful, often unclothed or partially draped woman, symbolizing her connection to romantic and erotic love.

Nag Hammadi Codex I

The third Adam is earthly

They came to Adam, and when they saw Eve speaking with him, they said to one another, “What is this enlightened woman?

Rather, let us bring a stupor upon him, and suggest to him in his sleep that she came into being from his rib, so that the woman may serve and he may rule over her.”

And when they saw the likeness of that woman with him, they were troubled, thinking that this was the true Eve.

When the rulers saw him and the woman who was with him erring in ignorance like beasts, they rejoiced greatly.

When they learned that an immortal human was not going to pass them by, but that they would even have to fear the woman who had turned into a tree, they were troubled and said, “Is this, perhaps, the true human, who blinded us and taught us about this defiled woman who is like him, that we might be conquered?”

He said, “The woman whom you gave me, she is the one who gave to me, and I ate.” Then they said to that woman, “What is this you have done?” She answered and said, “The instructor is the one who incited me, and I ate.”

Afterward they came to the woman, and they cursed her and her offspring.

After the woman they cursed Adam and the earth and the fruit because of him.

The secret book of John

Adam in Yaldabaoth’s Paradise

Woman Comes into Being

The Chief ruler did remove a portion of his Power from Adam            To create a person with a woman’s form            Modeled on the light-filled Epinoia that had been manifested to him.He placed the Power removed from the man into the woman

[It did not happen the way Moses said it did:             “he took a rib and made the woman.”]

Adam saw the woman standing next to him.            The light-filled Epinoia immediately appeared to him            She raised up the veil that dulled his mind.            He sobered up from the dark drunkennessAnd he recognized his own counterpart.

He said: “This is bone from my bones                Flesh from my flesh.”Because of this a man will leave his mother and fatherAnd be joined to a woman and those two will become one flesh.            For they will send his helper to him.

When Yaldabaoth discovered that they had moved away from him            He cursed his earth.            He located the woman as she was preparing herself for her man.He gave the woman over so that the man might be her master,            Because he did not know the secret of the divine strategy.

The man and woman were too terrified to renounce Yaldabaoth,            Who showed his ignorance to his angelsAnd he cast both of them out of paradise            Dressing them in heavy darkness. The Chief Archon saw the young woman who was standing by Adam.            He realized that the light-filled Epinoia of life was within her.            Yaldabaoth became completely ignorant.

[From then until now sexual intercourse has persisted            Thanks to the Chief Ruler            Who put desire for reproduction into the woman who accompanies Adam.            Through intercourse the Ruler caused new human bodies to be produced            And he blew his artificial spirit into each of them.]

After their failure they made another plan. They created an artificial spiritModeled on the Spirit who descendedSo, to impregnate souls by means of this spirit,The demons changed appearanceto look like the women’s husbandsThey filled the women with that spirit of darkness and wickedness.

[They took some women and produced children out of darknessAnd they closed their heartsAnd they hardened themselvesin the hardness of their artificial spiritUntil the present day.]

Creator(s) of Adam

Through this name, all generations look for the man and each one calls the woman by this name.

4 Heads and 4 Arms

For ‘man-woman’ was then a unity in form no less than name, composed of both sexes and sharing equally in male and female; whereas now it has come to be merely a name of reproach.

Iroquois Creation Story

However one day one of the Sky Women realized she was going to give birth to twins.

Curiously, the woman peered into the hole.

Water animals already existed on the earth, so far below the floating island two birds saw the Sky Woman fall.

Determined to help the woman they dove into the water to get mud from the bottom of the seas.

Then the woman stepped onto the land.

The Sky Woman gave birth to twin sons.

Without the animals' help the Sky Woman may have sunk to the bottom of the sea and earth may not have been created.

Graham Hancock

I am what I am

22 Every woman is to ask her neighbor and any woman living in her house for articles of silver and gold and for clothing, which you will put on your sons and daughters.

Elohim

Yahweh YHWH – The Lord God

Command to Kill the Amalekites - Yahweh commands Saul to annihilate the Amalekites, including women, children, and animals (1 Samuel 15).

Reference: John 4:20-21 (Jesus' conversation with the Samaritan woman).

Wallis cites examples from the Old Testament where Yahweh commands brutal actions, such as genocide and the slaughter of enemies, including women and children.

Jehovah forgotten, the lazily-accepted dreams of Zul too vague and unsatisfactory now that they had to be faced, and all around the hungry eyes of men and women who coveted his place" .

The Nephilim

The Nephilim are the offspring of the Anunnaki (Aesir) and human women.

And they have gone to the daughters of men upon the earth, and have slept with the women, and have defiled themselves, and revealed to them all kinds of sins.

And the women have borne giants, and the whole earth has thereby been filled with blood and unrighteousness.

Descendants of Fallen Angels: One interpretation is that the Nephilim were the offspring of "the sons of God" and human women, as mentioned in Genesis 6:4.

They were the heroes of old, men of renown." This verse suggests that the Nephilim were the offspring of the "sons of God" and human women.

And if such a thing were of the nature of angels, or Satans, that fell, they would not leave one woman on earth, undefiled … But many men say, that angels came down from heaven, and joined themselves to women, and had children by them.

As recorded by Al-Jahiz, a common belief held that Abu Jurhum, the ancestor of the Jurhum tribe, was actually the son of a disobedient angel and a human woman.

In some readings of the non-canonical texts, the Nephilim are children whose father is an angel and whose mother is a human and they are the "giants" (also known as Gibborim) referred to in the canonical Book of Numbers.[12] In others, angels and human women produce children who are Gibborim, and the Nephilim have fathers who are Gibborim and human mothers

In this story, the giants came into being when the Watcher "sons of God" (who, per the story's corroborative Jubilees account [Jub 4:15; 5:6],[5][19] God originally dispatched to earth for the purpose of instructing and nurturing humanity "in proper ritual and ethical conduct," "to do what is just and upright upon the earth") were seduced by and had sexual intercourse with human women, who then birthed a hybrid race of giants.

Abraham 1

Egypt first discovered by a woman

23 The land of Egypt being first discovered by a woman, who was the daughter of Ham, and the daughter of Egyptus, which in the Chaldean signifies Egypt, which signifies that which is forbidden;

The woman discovered Egypt was the daughter of Ham, and the Daughter of Egyptes (making Egyptes a woman).

Woman -> Atlantis PriestessDaughter of Ham (Ham Family, one of the twelve families)

Matias De Stefano remembers his life as a woman living in the Atlantean colony of Khem.

According to this line, Egypt was first discovered by a woman, who is identified as both the daughter of Ham and the daughter of Egyptus.

24 When this woman discovered the land it was under water, who afterward settled her sons in it; and thus, from Ham, sprang that race which preserved the curse in the land.

This association further emphasizes the usage of Mizraim as a name or term related to a geographical region rather than an individual woman.

Interview with Reptilian Woman

People will dismiss my photo as just a photo of a woman wearing a mask and call it fake (I would feel very insulted).

And because I am a woman, I have two breasts.

Of course, this does not make us mammals today.) But our breasts are not as big as those of human women, and all women of the species have the same size. And the externally protruding genitals are smaller than those of humans in both sexes.

(This distribution varies depending on gender, with women having a particularly severe distribution and concentrated on the lower body and face.) There are also two lines on the front of the face, from the forehead to the eyebrows, and from the cheeks to the chin.

(Women are slightly larger than men)Our teeth are very white and strong, and are slightly longer and more pointed than mammalian teeth.

(Both men and women have scales on their palms.) If you touched my skin, it would feel softer than your hairy skin.

This is because I am a woman.

Often both men and women wear the same clothes, but the colors are different for each gender.

You see me as an attractive brunette-haired woman.

And sometimes, in our encounters with human-like aliens, we are shown as we really are.) When I first met E.F., he saw me as an ordinary human woman, and when I showed him my real appearance, he was very scared and shocked.

I remember receiving it.Question 24: Seriously, in order to instill confidence in me, instead of the current appearance of the reptile,Can you turn into an attractive brunette-haired woman as we speak?Answer24

That's because no one expects a reptilian woman to look like that.

Women have long, wavy hair and dress similar to Grecian goddesses.
