The Bimini Road

The Bimini Road, also called the Bimini Wall, is an underwater rock formation near the island of North Bimini in the Bahamas. It is about 0.8 km long and runs in a northeast–southwest direction. The formation is made of large, roughly rectangular limestone blocks.

Your search for proof of this all-encompassing reality yields so little. Not even the discovery of submerged Atlantean archeology (the Bimini Road) in the waters of the Caribbean Sea has received acknowledgment from scientists and scholars. Despite the indisputable perfection of design—the intelligence evidenced in the formation of the stones—the road is still dismissed by the mainstream as an “unexplainable” phenomenon.

The city of Murias in Bimini

In his 1974 article “Atlantis, A New Concept” (Atlantis magazine), Sykes proposed that Murias was an Atlantean city located near Bimini in the Bahamas. He dated its destruction to approximately 10,000 BC, attributing it to rising sea levels at the end of the last ice age.

Murias is one of the four cities (Falias, Gorias, Findias, Murias) named in Irish medieval texts as the original homes of the Tuatha Dé Danann before they reached Ireland. These cities were said to have supplied the four treasures of the Tuatha Dé Danann: the Stone of Fal, the Spear of Lugh, the Sword of Nuada, and the Cauldron of the Dagda. Murias was traditionally associated with the sea and the cauldron of plenty.

From the research of Edgarton Sykes we know that the city of Murias in Bimini became the seat of government for the area, and that its extensive facilities included a hospital, a home for travelers in distress and a shipyard with repair facilities.

On a hill that rose above Murias, the Atlanteans and the Pleiadeans worked together to build an exquisite healing temple dedicated to the god Min and the Bennu bird, both representative of rejuvenation. The architecture of the building incorporated sacred geometry and it also displayed sophisticated knowledge of the structure of the universe, the solar system, and this planet.

The dimensions of the Great Pyramid in Egypt contain similar information.

The most unusual feature of the enormous temple at Murias was its crystal windows, which caused it to be referred to in legends as the Temple of the Translucent Walls. Highly evolved priestesses presided over the unique building.

Utilizing plants and advice from the Pleiadeans, they developed an extensive variety of invaluable medicinal potions derived from flowers, herbs, and other vegetation.

Sound, in the form of chants, was another tool the skilled women employed to supplement the healing remedies offered to those who came for help and advice.

The site at Bimini was an effective place for increasing body energy, since slightly radioactive water in nearby pools produced a rejuvenating effect on the adrenal and pituitary glands, stimulating beneficial hormones.

A minimum age for the Bimini Road

Gifford and Ball tried to establish a minimum age for the Bimini Road using uranium–thorium dating. They tested a whole-rock sample of marine limestone (biopelsparite) that lies beneath the beachrock forming the Bimini Road. They described the sample as “whole rock marine limestone under beachrock off Paradise Point, North Bimini; some recrystallisation.”

This sample produced a uranium–thorium date of about 12,950 ± 260 BCE. Supporters of the idea that the Bimini Road is man-made often cite this date as evidence of its artificial origin.
