On Lemuria/Mu: a very harmonious civilisation located in the South Pacific it says Arcturan beings influenced some of the Polynesian cultures. On Dolphins a passage from the same book describes dolphins as a physical manifestation of the Sirius/Arcturus healing matrix.
Arcturians and Atlantis

On Civilizations from different star systems the Arcturus star system has its own entry. On The Keys of Enoch the summary says J. J. Hurtak’s book describes Arcturus as an intermediate station used by the brotherhoods of light. On Atlantis’ Golden Age: began around 14,000 BCE and lasted around 1500 years a passage from Atlantis and the New Consciousness tells how the children of Golden Atlantis used small pyramid-shaped crystals to experience what it was like to be on Sirius or Arcturus.
