According to Weor, the Atlantean race originated from the Lemurians through a process where “two by two, on the seven Zones, the Third Race (the Lemurians) gave birth to the Fourth (the Atlanteans).”
This transition marked the start of a powerful civilization on a continent comprising seven major islands, dedicated to divine wisdom and known as Olisis or Atlantis, beyond the Columns of Hercules.
He references ancient sources, such as a Mayan manuscript indicating that Atlantis, called the “Hills of Mud,” sank after catastrophic earthquakes and volcanic activity, with 64 million inhabitants, around 8,000 years before the document’s writing.
In the early phase, humans lived in harmony, breathing through gills amid a misty Earth, with sexual relations conducted purely for reproduction under angelic guidance, resulting in painless childbirth.
Weor emphasizes that Atlantis extended toward austral and septentrional regions, with mountains surpassing modern ones, and its legacy influenced American and Mediterranean cultures, as tribes like the Anahuac descended from Atlantean origins.
