Michael E. Salla, Galactic Federations, Councils & Secret Space Programs (2022), His Findings

I read Galactic Federations, Councils & Secret Space Programs for the claims a later writer can set beside Plato, the flood tablets, and the Antarctic readings of Atlantis. The copy in front of me is Book Seven of the Secret Space Program Series. The title page names Michael E. Salla, Ph.D. The copyright page is dated 2022 and names Exopolitics Consultants, Dandridge, Tennessee, printed in the United States of America. The book is in copyright. The quotations below are short excerpts for review and study. This copy prints no page numbers. The page numbers I give are the file pages of this PDF.

Most of the volume is a survey of named councils and of reports from the 1950s through 2022: the Ashtar Command, the Galactic Federation of Worlds, the Council of Nine, the Andromeda Council, meetings at Jupiter, Mars, the Moon, and Antarctica. The findings I would carry into a comparison are narrower. In Chapter 5 he prints a Council of Nine passage in which Altea is the head of Atlantis, and Hoova is the civilization of the Hebrews, said to have seated the Earth and re-seeded it three times. In Chapter 13 he treats Noah’s ark as a spacecraft, and he collects reports of buried arks whose makers he ties to those same seeder races. On one of those pages he himself supplies the year 11,600 for cataclysmic earth changes, and he attaches it to an Antarctic lost continent. The speaker he is quoting on that continent, in the message dated March 29, 2022, says Pa-Taal and “lost continent,” and does not say Atlantis and does not say 11,600.

Findings worth setting beside other writers

• Altea and the name Atlantis. In Chapter 5 he prints the Council of Nine, from Phyllis Schlemmer. Altea was the head of what “you know as the physical civilization that manifested upon planet earth as Atlantis” (file p. 94). Later he states the same link in his own sentence: according to the Council of Nine material channeled through Phyllis Schlemmer in The Only Planet of Choice (1993), Altea established the Atlantis colony on Earth (file p. 217). He also calls the Atlantean civilization an offshoot of one of the 24 extraterrestrial civilizations of the Intergalactic Confederation.
• Hoova, three re-seedings, the Hebrews, the Nazarene. On the same file page as the Altea sentence, Hoova originally seated Planet Earth, as did some of the others, and re-seeded Planet Earth on three occasions. Hoova is the civilization from which the Hebrews derive, and the civilization that brought forth the Nazarene (file p. 94). He reads the Nazarene as Jesus Christ. He offers, as his own possibility, that the Star of Bethlehem was a Hoova spacecraft. He points the reader to Dolores Cannon, Jesus and the Essenes, for a stay with the Essene community in the Qumran region. I found no year for any of the three re-seedings.
• Noah’s ark as a spacecraft. Chapter 13 opens on a conclusion from Dr. Courtney Brown of the Farsight Institute: the ark was a very large high-tech structure, a spaceship mostly submerged underwater at the time of the flood (file p. 212). On the next file page he writes that the Noah story in the Christian, Hebrew, and Islamic canons is very similar to, or derives from, the story of Utnapishtim in the Epic of Gilgamesh, and he asks whether the Elohim who commanded Noah were the Seeders or Guardians of his Chapter 5.
• Colonies before the wars. A message from Thor Han Eredyon, dated January 4, 2022, and relayed by Elena Danaan, names Intergalactic Confederation colonies on Naara (Venus), Terra, its moon, Tyr (Mars), and the fifth planet. Great wars occurred with the Anunnaki and the colonies left. Before leaving they buried arks with the knowledge needed to rebuild the colonies (file p. 216). He does not name the fifth planet.
• Two arks he dates to the winter of 2021-2022. His source JP, a US Army insider, went to a Moon ark on December 23, 2021, and to an Atlantic ark on January 10, 2022 (file pp. 214 and 216). The Moon craft is the size of two aircraft carriers. On file p. 214 it is spherical. On file p. 216 the same craft is a giant oval. The Atlantic ark is at least a mile long and ovoid, under a donut-shaped platform off the Florida coast, in the vicinity of the Bermuda Triangle. China’s Yutu 2 Rover is the finder he names for the Moon craft. Personnel are US and Chinese, with a group of indigenous Aztec Indians on the Atlantic mission. An extraterrestrial fleet entered the solar system in October 2021 and parked between Jupiter and Ganymede. He also says the arks activated because a large Intergalactic Confederation fleet arrived in 2021 and parked in the vicinity of Jupiter and Ganymede (file p. 212).
• Antarctica, the Pa-Taal, and his year. In a message headed Lake Vostok and dated March 29, 2022, Thor Han says the civilization under the ice of Antarctica was not from Nataru, which Salla glosses as the Milky Way. The land was green and fertile, the climate warm, the magnetic poles elsewhere. The colony was Pa-Taal. It was a great civilization, told about in the ancient tales as a lost continent, never lost but forgotten under the ice. They left large crafts and structures in heated caverns. The ark under Lake Vostok is part of a larger structure (file p. 222). On the next file page Salla writes that Thor Han appears to be describing an ancient civilization such as Atlantis, rumored to lie under the ice after cataclysmic earth changes 11,600 years ago, and he names Rand Flem-Ath and Rose Flem-Ath, Atlantis beneath the Ice (2012). The same page continues the message: halls and temples, a powerful pyramid generator that none could activate yet, the Ciakahrr under Vostok, the Fourth Reich brought in to decrypt the technology, DNA as the key, and bodies in stasis whose souls are gone (file p. 223).
• The Sphinx. On file p. 217 he writes that Egypt’s Sphinx has long been rumored to be a repository of ancient Atlantean technology. That is a rumor he sets beside the arks. I did not find a chamber, a text, or a year of his own for the Sphinx.
• Where the arks are, in two lists. Elena Danaan tells Thor Han she already knows of one in Egypt. Thor Han answers: South America, Central Europe, North-West of Russia, and one under the waters of the Atlantic Ocean, which is the biggest (file p. 231). JP’s list, from classified briefings, is nine arks: Antarctica (Lake Vostok and Beardmore Glacier), one in Russia, two in Ukraine (Oleshky Sands, Kherson, and near Kyiv), one in central Europe, one in Brazil (Caldas Novas Mountain State Park), one under the Atlantic in the Bermuda region, one under the Pacific due west of Vancouver Island, and one in the USA at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico (file p. 232). He dates Russia’s military intervention of February 24, 2022 to the activation of a buried ark in a desert region of Ukraine (file p. 212).

Altea and Hoova (Chapter 5)

Chapter 5 is his account of the Intergalactic Confederation, which he also calls the 24 extraterrestrial civilizations. The Council of Nine passage he prints distinguishes those civilizations from the Nine. The Nine are incorporeal. The Twenty-Four physically interact with humanity and sometimes incarnate. He then gives Altea, Aragon, Ashan, and Hoova as four of the Twenty-Four, each with a different work: technology with nature, release from physical pain, music and art, and a system of teaching. The Atlantis sentence is the example that follows.

Altea was also the head of what you know as the physical civilization that manifested upon planet earth as Atlantis.

Hoova, was the civilization that originally seated Planet Earth, as did some of the others, but Hoova re-seeded Planet Earth on three occasions. Hoova is the civilization from which the Hebrews derive.

He adds that Hoova is the civilization that brought forth the Nazarene. On this page he takes the Nazarene to be Jesus Christ, and he raises the possibility that the Star of Bethlehem was a Hoova spacecraft. The childhood he sketches is a long stay with the Essenes at Qumran, for which he cites Dolores Cannon, Jesus and the Essenes. What he says separated Jesus was a love ethic. Asked whether the Twenty-Four and the Elders could be called a council, the Nine reply that it would be the Congress, which he defines as a formal assembly of representatives.

Noah, and the ark as a spacecraft (Chapter 13)

Chapter 13 is “Ancient Space Arks Activate with Arrival of Intergalactic Confederation Fleet.” The epigraph is Dr. Courtney Brown of the Farsight Institute. Brown says there was a great flood, an ark filled with animals, a Noah, and a subject Noah thought was God, and that the story then diverges from the ancient texts. The sentence I would set beside the flood tablets is the one about the hull.

The ark itself was, in fact, a very large high-tech structure, a spaceship that was mostly submerged underwater at the time of the flood.

Salla says he began receiving reports of ancient space arks in late December 2021, on the Moon, on Mars, on Earth, and elsewhere in the solar system. Two sources come first. One is JP, who has visited an ark on the Moon and an ark under the Atlantic. The other is Thor Han Eredyon, a Galactic Federation commander, through Elena Danaan. Both say the arks are activating because a large Intergalactic Confederation fleet arrived in 2021 and parked near Jupiter and Ganymede. He adds Jean Charles Moyen and David Rousseau, French contactees he places in a Franco-US secret space program. On the next file page he sets the biblical ark beside Utnapishtim, and he asks whether the ark was a spacecraft built to carry specimens from the end of one era into the next, and whether the Elohim were the Seeders or Guardians of Chapter 5.

The Moon ark and the Atlantic ark

The dates and the sizes are in his report of JP.

On January 10, 2022, JP was taken by Osprey aircraft to a large donut-shaped platform in the Atlantic, placed over a submerged ark off the Florida coast, in the vicinity of the Bermuda Triangle. The craft he had entered on the Moon was discovered when it activated after a fleet entered the solar system in October 2021 and parked between Jupiter and Ganymede. The Moon vessel was the size of two aircraft carriers. JP entered it with an archeologist who was studying a hieroglyphic writing. The scientists were from the US and China. China’s Yutu 2 Rover had detected part of the exterior. US Space Command and the PLA space force were in a joint operation.

JP estimated the ark to be at least a mile long and ovoid-shaped.

An elevator ran from the ocean surface into the interior. Personnel were mainly from the US and China. China was given access to the Atlantic ark because China had given the US access to the Moon ark. A group of indigenous Aztec Indians went on the mission and were left behind after they walked deeper in. Inside, a hand wave appeared as multiple hands. The ark lit up where JP walked, and the hieroglyphs became visible. Other personnel did not get that effect. His duty was to escort the archeologists while they photographed.

The Thor Han message that he prints next is dated January 4, 2022, at 1 am, through an implant, as Danaan reports it. Thor Han says the vessels were hidden for long millenniums, and that the Earth Alliance is unfolding a plan made with the Intergalactic Confederation and the Galactic Federation of Worlds of Nataru, which Salla glosses as the Milky Way. Then the colony list.

Before leaving, they buried arks holding what was needed to rebuild the colonies. Salla says this corroborates JP’s missions of December 23, 2021, on the Moon, and January 10, 2022, in the Atlantic. On this page he calls the craft JP entered a giant oval. On file p. 214 he had called the Moon craft spherical.

On the next file page he makes the Atlantis link in his own voice, and he uses the Sphinx as the comparison.

The second sentence is his summary of the Council of Nine material in Phyllis Schlemmer, The Only Planet of Choice (1993). He then says Thor Han’s information means that Altea and other seeder races left arks from their former colonies throughout Earth and the solar system. In the message that follows, the arks activated when the Intergalactic Confederation fleet approached. The return of the Seeders is the start of a new era. Two great archaeological discoveries are imminent on Terra “this year,” and they will change the chronology. The Earth Alliance that is to explore the arks was created in July 2021 with the Jupiter Agreements. He says the Cabal and the Deep State looked for the arks and could not find most of them.

Antarctica, the Pa-Taal, and 11,600 years

The Lake Vostok message is dated March 29, 2022. He had asked Danaan, after a report from Jean Charles Moyen, whether Thor Han had anything on the lake. The answer he prints does not use the name Atlantis.

It was a great civilization, told about in your ancient tales as a lost continent. In truth, it was never lost but forgotten, under the ice, for a reason.

Around that sentence, the same message says the makers were not from Nataru. The climate was different. The magnetic poles were in different places. The land now called Antarctica was green and fertile and the climate was warm. An important colony was settled there. They were of the Pa-Taal. They lived in peace and prosperity. They left gifts, large crafts, and structures in a subterranean web of heated caverns. The structures under Lake Vostok were known for a long time to scientists in the secret programs. The Earth Alliance knew. The financial elites brought to Antarctica for a last meeting never saw the arks. The ark under Vostok Lake is part of a much larger structure. The message continues on the next file page: halls and temples, and a powerful pyramid generator that none could yet activate.

Salla’s own reading is the next paragraph.

The book he names for that claim is Rand Flem-Ath and Rose Flem-Ath, Atlantis beneath the Ice: The Fate of the Lost Continent (2012). He says it presents compelling evidence. He then returns to Thor Han. The Ciakahrr stormed and took place under Vostok, hoping to crack the codes. They welcomed the humans of the Nazi group he calls the Fourth Reich, to help decrypt the technology. What the Ciakahrr got in exchange for technology and weapons was DNA. A DNA sample from a dead person is not enough, because the body and the soul have to be of the same frequency, and the person has to be alive, conscious, and in possession of the knowledge. Bodies are there in stasis. They were found a long time ago. The soul has gone and awaits to come back. The ice is melting to reveal the secrets.

Moyen’s report, which Salla dates to an interview of April 29, 2022, names the uniformed being as Thor Han Eredyon. Danaan confirmed the joint visit to the Lake Vostok ark. I am not using the later description of pods and a blue-skinned sleeper as a measurement. The sentence I would keep from the March 29 message is the lost continent, the Pa-Taal, and the green Antarctica.

Where he places the arks

Two lists sit a few file pages apart. They share the Atlantic, and they do not share a single map.

Thor Han, asked how many arks are on Earth, refuses a number. Danaan says she already knows of one in Egypt somewhere. He then names regions.

One under the waters of the Atlantic Ocean. This one is the biggest.

Before that sentence he has said South America, Central Europe, and the North-West of Russia, and that there are others whose coordinates he will not give. The year he attaches to public acceptance of “other positive galactic cultures” is 2022.

JP’s list is a count, from classified briefings: nine arks, buried underground or under an ocean.

• Antarctica, Lake Vostok and Beardmore Glacier.
• One in Russia.
• Two in Ukraine, with the parenthesis Oleshky Sands, Kherson, and near Kyiv.
• One in central Europe.

Salla says an interview published on March 10, 2022, has JP claiming that the arks form one network, that they will release their contents together, and that they will eventually fly. On the opening page of the chapter he had already dated Russia’s intervention of February 24, 2022, to activation of the ark buried in a desert region of Ukraine.

The rest of the volume is his account of councils, contactees, and programs from Van Tassel and the 1952 Washington flyover through the Jupiter meetings and a Star Trek future. I do not treat those chapters as a shoreline or a king list for Atlantis.

Where does Michael E. Salla place Atlantis?

In Chapter 5, Atlantis is the physical civilization whose head was Altea. On file p. 217, Altea established the Atlantis colony on Earth, as he summarizes Phyllis Schlemmer (1993), and the Atlantean civilization is an offshoot of one of 24 extraterrestrial civilizations. On file p. 223 he reads a Pa-Taal colony under the Antarctic ice as an ancient civilization such as Atlantis. He also repeats a rumor that the Sphinx is a repository of Atlantean technology. His ark lists add the Atlantic, which Thor Han calls the biggest, off Florida in the Bermuda region on JP’s report, and the other buried sites named above. The March 29, 2022, message he is reading does not contain it. The modern dates are dates of reports and missions: October 2021 for the fleet between Jupiter and Ganymede, December 23, 2021, for the Moon visit, January 4 and January 10, 2022, for Thor Han’s colony list and the Atlantic visit, July 2021 for the Earth Alliance and the Jupiter Agreements, February 24, 2022, for the Ukraine intervention he ties to an ark, and March 29, 2022, for the Lake Vostok message. Hoova’s three re-seedings have no years. Schlemmer’s book is 1993. The Flem-Ath book is 2012.

Who does he say founded it, and who survived a flood?

Altea, as head of the civilization and as founder of the colony. Hoova, as a civilization that seated the Earth and re-seeded it three times, and as the source of the Hebrews and of the Nazarene. The Pa-Taal, as the Antarctic colony in the March 29 message. The Anunnaki, as the other side in the wars after which the colonies left and buried the arks. Noah, in Brown’s epigraph, as the man whose ark was a submerged spacecraft. On the next file page Salla sets that story beside Utnapishtim.

Does he think the island was real?

He prints Altea’s Atlantis as a physical civilization on Earth. He prints the Antarctic colony as a real settlement that was forgotten under the ice, and he offers Atlantis as the name of that settlement, with the Flem-Ath book as the evidence he calls compelling. The Sphinx line is marked as a rumor. He does not offer a wooden ship, a landing after forty days, or a count of generations.
