Introduction
On February 12, 2019, Paul Power introduced Robert Nelson, who read an excerpt from his book Keys: Love Letters from God. The reading focused on the final entry, titled If You Would, which is presented as a poem.
The Poem: IF YOU WOULD
- If you would see yourself the way I see you now,
You would say that you’re beautiful.
So look, if you will, through your brother’s eyes,
And you will see as I see all that can be. - If you would hear my voice when I hear in you,
You would sing praises of one another,
In the melody of your brother. - If you would feel your brother and sister living in your soul,
You would have the joy of being whole. - If you would take pride in a heart that opens wide,
You would see me, for my heart and face I do not hide. - If you would trust your brother the way I trust in you,
Imagine what miracles we would do. - If you would love yourself the way I do love you,
You would be the kingdom and have the life in you. - If you would remove your mask,
You would know that to you I give no test,
For all I wish for you is that which I am, as you. - If you would invite me into your life,
We together will end all strife,
As peace is mine to give and yours to share. - If you would believe in yourself,
You must first trust your sister and brother.
Then yours is the kingdom in one another. - If you would be my son from day to day,
You will live your life in the loving way. - If you would, you are God.
Reflection
Paul Power reflected on the significance of the last three lines: If you would, you are God. He remarked on the way this message was conveyed to him during a channeling experience in 1985.
Closing
Paul Power expressed his gratitude for sharing the poem, hoping it had a positive impact on the audience. He encouraged listeners to share the message with others and wished them well on their spiritual journey.
