Constantine sits at the turning point where Christianity went from persecuted sect to imperial church, and several of my pages argue over what he actually did. These are the pages where he appears.
Nicaea
On What Was the Council of Nicaea? I note that in 325 CE Constantine convened the bishops at Nicaea, and I quote the council’s own letter about the outcome:
First of all, then, in the presence of our most religious Sovereign Constantine, investigation was made of matters concerning the impiety and transgression of Arius and his adherents; and it was unanimously decreed that he and his impious opinion should be anathematized…

Myths and corrections
In Constantine Changing Christianity at Nicaea – Doreen Virtue and Wes Huff Wes Huff argues that Constantine issued the Edict of Milan in 313 CE, did not make Christianity the official religion and played no role in forming the biblical canon. In How Christianity Almost Vanished in 303 AD Told in Stone describes the Edict of Milan as the end of the persecution. In Did Jesus believe about the ELOHIM and YAHWEH stories? the summary of Paul Wallis’s talk notes that Constantine adopted the cross as a Christian symbol, blending it with older religious imagery.
Rewritten books
On Sumer: The First Known Civilization Jim Marrs writes that the conflicts within and outside Christianity were settled by Constantine in a compromise to gain power. On Essenes & Atlantis: knowledge handed down for many generations I wrote that my reading strengthens my belief that Christianity has more to do with ancient books rewritten on the orders of Constantine.
Constantine in Oahspe
On Looeamong is one of the Triune false gods the Oahspe Bible has Looeamong work through Thoth/Gabriel to influence Constantine (Hatuas) to raise an army, display a cross vision and convene the Council of Nicea.
