The Druids left almost nothing in writing, and yet they appear on more than fifty pages of this site. The Atlantis writers of the nineteenth century reached for them again and again, and so do several channeled sources. What the pages share is one claim: that the Druids kept something much older than the Celts themselves.
I sort the material in three groups: the historical Druids, the Druids of the Atlantis writers, and the Druids of the channeled and regression sources.
Priests of Gaul and Britain
On Trees have been central to many pagan and Celtic traditions I describe the reverence for the oak and the summer rites under sacred oaks. On India and Ireland the same goddess the Druids are long-trained keepers of law, ritual and the sky, and Caesar notes their teaching of a soul that does not die. The Ancient Origins of Halloween ties Samhain to Druid practice in Ireland and Scotland, and Druid Meditation in Celtic Britain looks at their meditation. The introduction to The Oera Linda Book goes as far as reading the Gauls themselves as an order of Druid priests.
Ignatius Donnelly
Donnelly places the Druids in his Atlantis chain twice. In Ireland:
The priests constituted the Order of Druids.
Ignatius Donnelly

And on writing before the Flood:
The Druids believed in books more ancient than the Flood.
Ignatius Donnelly

See The Irish Colonies from Atlantis and The Origin of Our Alphabet. On Ragnarok: The Age of Fire and Gravel he uses Mythology of the British Druids for a pestilential wind and an age of crime.
Lewis Spence
Spence goes further and makes Druidism a branch of the Egyptian faith:
Druidism is merely the cult of Osiris in another form, and the menhirs and dolmens of its architecture the rude parallels of the pyramid.
Lewis Spence, The Problem of Atlantis
See The Problem of Atlantis. On The History of Atlantis he gives the Druid flood as a lake, Llyn Llion, that burst and covered the earth. On The Occult Sciences in Atlantis he compares their training with Caesar’s description. Karl Georg Zschaetzsch adds on Atlantis, die Urheimat der Arier that the Druids of Gaul said part of their people came from the outermost islands of the ocean.
Stonehenge and the stones
W. Scott-Elliot gives Stonehenge to early Atlantean colonists:
it was in the early Akkadian days, about 100,000 years ago, that the colony of Initiates who founded Stonehenge landed on these shores
W. Scott-Elliot

See The Story of Atlantis and Stone Henge. The channeled pages on Hathorian Technologies and Leanna, the Atlantean Ambassador speak of travel through stone circles, used by the Atlanteans and passed down to the Druids.
Modern researchers keep reopening who the builders were. On Stonehenge and a stone from northern Scotland, Michael Button looks at a study that traces the six ton altar stone to northeast Scotland:
In my opinion, we massively underrate how sophisticated and interconnected these societies were.
Michael Button, The Stonehenge altar stone from Scotland, at 7:56
On Long Skulls and Stonehenge, a guest on Derek Olson’s channel claims that a long skulled people planned the early timber phases and used the site for healing. And on Avebury Bimini and latitudes of sevenths, Mat suggests that an older observatory stood at Avebury, on the four sevenths line of his system of ancient latitudes.
Druids and Essenes
The regression sources tie the Druids to the Essenes. Anna, in Anna, the Voice of the Magdalenes, says:
Sound, Light and Colour are the technologies we use as Druid–Essene Magdalenes.
Anna, the voice of the Magdalenes

See The Essenes, Avalon and Anna, Grandmother of Jesus, where Yeshua studies with Druids in Britain. On Kaloo and The Essenes Speak of the Kaloo Tribe from Atlantis the Kaloo bring their knowledge from Atlantis to the Druids. And on Horns of the Goddess Dolores Cannon records three people who went back in regression to the time of the Druids.
