Frederick S. Oliver

The book was channeled to Frederick Spencer Oliver starting around 1883 when he was just seventeen, near Mount Shasta in California. Oliver claimed that the narrative was dictated to him by Phylos, an ancient Atlantean spirit.
The book delves into detailed accounts of life in Atlantis, presenting it as a highly advanced civilization with technology that included antigravity, voice-operated typewriters, and flying machines called vailx, which resemble descriptions often found in UFO reports.
It also explores themes of reincarnation, karma, and spiritual evolution, with Phylos recounting his life in Atlantis and then his reincarnation in 19th-century America as Walter Pierson, who was taken inside Mount Shasta by a Chinese Master named Quong.
Publication: Although completed in 1886, “A Dweller on Two Planets” was not published until 1905 by Oliver’s mother after his death in 1899.
