Path of the Sun God narrates an Egyptian cycle as one rite. Before forms exist there is Nun, a sea where hidden things wait. Atum speaks Shu and Tefnut, air and moisture, who test the edge of that sea. Dry ground rises as a mound. Geb and Nut follow, earth and starry night, and Nut takes Ra into herself. Their children are Osiris, Isis, Nephthys, and jealous Set. Divine grain seeds the black earth the telling calls Egypt. Osiris and Isis rule that garden until Set destroys his brother. Isis calls Anubis, who binds the first mummy. Horus fights Set until the scales cannot settle, and the risen Osiris lights the dark below as Ra lights the sky. The film then makes this kingship. The child is nursed in a human way by the queen and in a divine way by Isis. The pharaoh is Horus, and by raising Osiris he gives life to Egypt. At sunset Ra enters the night boat. In the hall of judgment a feather tests the heart.
