Astral Atom opens from Plato, not from a dig. The island is placed past the Pillars of Hercules, drawn as a sea power that later drowned after pride and a punishing flood. The channel then turns that story into a checklist for people alive now. Nine feelings are offered as signs that a person is a returned Atlantean. Nightmares of waves, fire, and shaking ground are called a warning to keep clever tools from wrecking the living world. An inner fight between ambition and conscience is said to repeat the old failure to hold skill and spirit in one life. Fear of deep water is treated as memory of the last day. A pull toward turquoise, crystals, and hands-on healing is treated as temple habit. White halls flickering in the mind, a wish to invent for the planet, and a search for an old soul group complete the set. Listeners are urged to take the list as work, not as a costume.
