The Ascension Process presents a channeling of the council the title calls the ninth Arcturian Council, delivered by Daniel Scranton. The spoken name is blurred, but the subject is Atlantis and frequency. The council welcomes a new era and says long sleeping parts of consciousness are waking in physical bodies. Those parts draw people back to a higher range they approached on Atlantis, and to the closeness they felt with their higher selves near the end there. Discord, the message says, came because those higher expressions were not ready for this planet’s energy. Humanity itself let the land sink in order to guard that higher part. Now the council says the energy can be embodied in the flesh. The earth, as collective consciousness, has already moved, and still seeing the planet is taken as proof that a full ascension is near. Trauma from the sinking can be cleared, knowledge from that time can return, and the old journey can finish. A new one begins if people relax, drop worries carried since birth, and create the next earth on purpose.
