When I ask where one soul ends and another begins, the sources I read keep pointing to a larger being behind it. They call it the oversoul. It is the idea that your life is one extension of something that lives many lives at once. These are the pages where it is explained, from several angles, and every one of them is channeled or spiritual testimony that I record as such.
Where the oversoul comes from
On The Oversoul and Soul Family Explained the story starts with the monad, the undifferentiated state before creation. The oversoul is described as its first emanation, a ray with its own nature that still holds all the information of the monad. It is compared to a fractal, like Russian dolls, and to a player who controls several characters in a video game. On Your Higher Self & Over Soul Explained the higher self is a larger entity behind every incarnation. Each person is a small projection of it, about 2.5 percent, and the oversoul appears where several higher selves meet through repeated lives.
On How to Find Your Purpose & Connect With Your Oversoul Eluña describes the oversoul as the source connected to many souls, the higher self as the go-between, and joy as the sign of the oversoul expressing itself through you.
Soul cycles and simultaneous lives
On What is the Cycle of the Soul? Bashar, channeled by Darryl Anka, follows the soul from a sphere of light that chooses a physical life, through a blueprint stage, to birth.
