Stuart Pierce welcomes listeners, then delivers what he presents as an angelic message about Atlantis rising. He claims a luminous water covering wrapped the planet more than three hundred thousand years ago and held an unusual awareness. An outer membrane, he says, carried current and allowed superconductivity, and liquids in the body, tears among them, still share a sensitive quality that can carry sound. Love, in this account, is a high vibration rather than a mood, and it draws the soul into wider cosmic and earthly bands. This world, he claims, became the one place of free choice. A large share of its water was taken to Mars and frozen as a mirror of home, and he thanks beings there. Thirteen crystal skulls, formed as living stores of light and tone, are said to keep a record from twelve star peoples and a first sound that brought humanity about. The extra skull, he says, helps people endure disasters caused by misused minds, and the set was sealed in etheric containers.
