They lived in caves to avoid being exposed to the cold environment, and used stones to light tree branches to warm themselves.
Beasts that were like little monkeys that jumped around on trees developed technology, colonized other planets in the solar system, and built huge cities on planets (even though they disappeared into history without a trace), and your genes still remain in the beasts.
10 million years ago, small monkeys came down from the trees and began to live on land.
Genesis and Atlantis
Lord Kingsborough says: "The Toltecs had paintings of a garden, with a single tree standing in the midst; round the root of the tree is entwined a serpent, whose head appearing above the foliage displays the face of a woman.

"In the beginning, before the light of the sun had been created, this land (Cholula) was in obscurity and darkness, and void of any created thing; all was a plain, without hill or elevation, encircled in every part by water, without tree or created thing; and immediately after the light and the sun arose in the east there appeared gigantic men of deformed stature and possessed the land, and desiring to see the nativity of the sun, as well as his occident, proposed to go and seek them.
iii., 22), "And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever:" therefore God drove him out of the garden.

Genesis 18: The 3 Visitors
18 The Lord appeared to Abraham near the great trees of Mamre while he was sitting at the entrance to his tent in the heat of the day.
3 He said, “If I have found favor in your eyes, my lord,[a] do not pass your servant by. 4 Let a little water be brought, and then you may all wash your feet and rest under this tree. 5 Let me get you something to eat, so you can be refreshed and then go on your way—now that you have come to your servant.”
8 He then brought some curds and milk and the calf that had been prepared, and set these before them. While they ate, he stood near them under a tree.

My people also have strong limbs enabling us to break trees, run fast and jump high and far; keen eyesight and clairvoyance to see in the darkness even in the deepest caves of the underworld; huge lungs to swim underwater over long distances and be perfectly autonomous and self-sufficient without need for any external material support.
Some of us still live thousands of years and see your earthly kingdoms come and go, like leaves on trees throughout the seasons, what your first ancestors could achieve when you were sitting with the immortals in the Star Council.
He is also associated with Mímisbrunnr, the well of wisdom, which is located beneath one of the roots of Yggdrasil, the world tree that connects the nine worlds in Norse cosmology.
The birth chamber
2 And they said to the Ishshah, 'Indeed, the Elohiym said you can eat of all the trees of the garden' And the Ishshad said, 'The serpent is a reward.
The trees of the garden we may eat':
The trees of the garden we may eat
And he said to the woman, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?”
2 And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden; 3 but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, ‘You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.’ ”
6 So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate.
8 And they heard the sound of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden.
Have you eaten from the tree of which I commanded you that you should not eat?”
12 Then the man said, “The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I ate.”
17 Then to Adam He said, “Because you have heeded the voice of your wife, and have eaten from the tree of which I commanded you, saying, ‘You shall not eat of it’:
And now, lest he put out his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever”—
24 So He drove out the man; and He placed cherubim at the east of the garden of Eden, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to guard the way to the tree of life.

Both Adam and Eve ate of the fruit of the Tree of Eternity, which was the only tree forbidden to them by Allah.
The great flood stories
The Havasupai tribe, residing in the Grand Canyon region, shares a flood story where a single girl survives by sheltering inside a hollow tree that floats on the floodwaters, akin to their version of Noah's ark.
According to their tale, "God placed food and other essentials inside this hollow tree and also created a lookout window for her."
In the Apache tribe's flood story, Kuterastan, their equivalent of Noah, anticipated the flood and constructed a substantial vessel, referred to as a “tus.” He used gum from the pinion tree to seal it, similar to how pitch is used.
