Sarah Breskman Cosme is an American Master Hypnotist and past-life regressionist. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northeastern University and began her career as a counselor working with people who had mental health challenges. Dissatisfied with the limits of conventional talk therapy and medication, she turned to hypnosis as a more effective way to reach the subconscious mind.
She became a Master Hypnotist in 2009. She later trained as a certified past-life regressionist with Dr. Brian Weiss and completed advanced training in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) with Julia Cannon, the daughter of Dolores Cannon. She is a Level 3 QHHT practitioner and assists in teaching the method internationally.
Her best-known work is the book A Hypnotist’s Journey to Atlantis: Eye Witness Accounts of Our Ancient History. In it she presents detailed past-life regression sessions in which clients describe life in Atlantis and Lemuria. She has also written A Hypnotist’s Journey to the Secrets of the Sphinx and A Hypnotist’s Journey from the Trail to the Star People. In 2023 she received the Dolores Cannon Award for her research.
Cosme’s contribution to Atlantis research consists of systematically recording and publishing the accounts of ordinary people who, under deep hypnosis, report memories of Atlantean life, technology, culture and the fall of the civilization. She presents this material as direct eyewitness testimony recovered through QHHT rather than as personal memory or channeling.
