Incalia is the name Frederick S. Oliver’s A Dweller on Two Planets gives to North America, one of the colonies of Poseid. I keep a running list of the places it names, and these are the pages where Incalia appears.
The mound builders
On The Aleutian Islands – Ancient groups entering the continent from Asia via the northern route I quote the passage that connects Incalia to the mounds:
But the barbarians who went into Incalia, occupying the North American plains and lake regions—a future age should come which would find these hordes gone from the earth forever; and, later still, curious people digging from archaeological remains would say: “Here lived the mound builders.”
Frederick S. Oliver

I come back to this on Mound Builders in America.
Where Incalia lay
On Contain Thyself (7-1) Incalia is identified as North America, and some of the people went over the ocean to Umaur or to Incalia, South or North America respectively. On A Grave Prophecy (8-1) Umaur and Incalia are colonies that follow the same religious practices as Poseid.
The regions
On Le Grand Voyage the travellers pass the Isthmus of Panama, then Mexico, called South Incalia, and the plains of the Mississippi. The Anasazi: Slave trade and enforced obedience uses the same name for Mexico. On The vailx, powered by currents derived from the Night-Side of Nature Southwest Incalia corresponds to parts of the American Southwest, around the Rio Gila and the Colorado. On The Waters of Light Incalia is a colony in the region of modern America.
