Clara Iza von Ravn wrote Selestor’s Men of Atlantis, published in Boston in 1937 by The Christopher Publishing House. Library records list her as Clara Iza Tibbets Von Ravn.
She presents the book as a message from a disembodied sage named Selestor. Selestor tells the history of Atlantis from its rise to its destruction.
The Internet Sacred Text Archive notes that the book has no framing story and that she seems to have meant it as literal truth. It also describes the style as affected and slightly archaic.
On this site the book is Selestor’s Men of Atlantis, and the post is Selestor’s Men of Atlantis. I could not find a biography of her, so this page covers only the book.
