Michael E. Salla’s Galactic Federations, Councils & Secret Space Programs is Book Seven of his Secret Space Program Series. The copy I used is the 2022 edition from Exopolitics Consultants, Dandridge, Tennessee. On the Atlantis question he prints two linked claims. The Council of Nine, through Phyllis Schlemmer, makes Altea the head of the civilization that manifested as Atlantis, and he adds that Altea established the colony. A message dated March 29, 2022, describes a Pa-Taal colony in a once-green Antarctica as the lost continent of the ancient tales. He then reads that colony as Atlantis and dates the cataclysm to 11,600 years ago. Noah’s ark, in the conclusion he prints from Courtney Brown, was a spacecraft. Hoova seated the Earth, re-seeded it three times, and is the civilization of the Hebrews.
The book is in copyright. The quotations in the review are short excerpts.
