In 1925 Lewis Spence published the revised edition of The Problem of Atlantis with William Rider & Son in London. The first edition had appeared in May 1924. He puts the main mass on Dolphin’s Ridge, with the Azores on its eastern edge, and a second land, Antilia, in the West Indies. A final disaster falls about 10,000 B.C. The city of Plato’s account, in the geography chapter, is founded not later than 7000 B.C.
The book is a research argument. It is not a novel and not a channelled text. A year later he published The History of Atlantis, which draws the site again and should be read as a separate set of figures.
