Galactic Contact Without Spaceships

In a short talk with Sean Kelly, Matías de Stefano describes a galactic confederation as worlds that have learned their own consciousness, not as a parliament. Contact means matching a tone. Those beings do not cross the dark in vehicles. They arrive by frequency in people who already resonate, which he calls a quantum level of transfer. Rapport was lost, he says, after the last ice, around eleven thousand years ago, when a god was set outside and the cosmos was no longer inward. His clock gives humanity at least three million years, the last million of them in touch with other realms, and settled life only after the cold drew back. Water evolution is real for him, with extra data passed in by other beings. He claims memory of plant, bird, and stone. A rock life in the desert he calls Ahagar, in Argelia, wore to dust, blew to the Amazon, fed trees, and could be eaten up the chain into a person. A body is minerals. Humanity is not a final shape.

Key points

  • He describes a galactic confederation as worlds in tune with their own consciousness, not as a parliament that rules other planets.
  • Contact, he says, is resonance, a download into people rather than travel by ship.
  • He dates the loss of that rapport to the end of the last ice, when the cosmos was placed outside the person.
  • His human clock runs to millions of years, with other realms in view long before farming, plus outside data added along the way.
  • He claims a stone life in a desert wore into dust, fed rainforest trees, and could climb the food chain into a person.
  • Humanity, he says, is a new species, and the visible universe does not tell him when time itself began.
