On the Origin of the World is a tractate in Nag Hammadi Codex II. It tells of rulers, of Sophia, of an earthly Adam, of the trees of paradise, and of the expulsion from the garden.
There is no public-domain English of this tractate that I can use. A modern English (Willis Barnstone, 2003) used to fill the page without credit. I have removed it. The page is now my own summary.
Read The third Adam is earthly.
